The reporter was contacted at 2:08pm at 09/01/2015 for additional information. The reporter said they were suspecting abuse, but didn’t specify. The reporter was asked was she suspecting molestation, and she replied that she didn’t want to say something that wasn’t true. The reporter never gave a clear answer to what she was alleging. The reporter said Jessica (teacher) has been very concerned about Harmony. Harmony transferred to Mooreville Elementary on 08/24/2015, and she has been arriving to school late (10:30am). It is unknown how many times the child has been tardy/late. The teacher (Jessica) spoke with Wendy about the victim being late for school, and she said “the child will be on time and they were in the process of moving”. The child has been coming to school not clean (not getting a bath), and Jessica felt as though something was not right. Also, last night (08/31/2015), the reporter said the child did not get a bath. The reporting party (RP) stated a home visit was made on 4/8/16 for foster child Ronny Perdomo. During the visit the RP observed multiple bruising to the foster child's lower part of his spine, upper left shoulder, and on his back area. The RP stated she took pictures of the bruises. The foster mother Ana Ramos explanation for the bruising was the child is Anemic. The RP stated on 4/11/16 she consulted with her SCSW who advised her to take the child for a forensic exam. The RP stated medical office has received 4 alleged abuse complaints from 4 different children. Each child stated Ms. Lisa was the perpetrator. The RP stated a 3 year old Hispanic girl was initially potty trained. The RP stated the child was eager and happy to attend the preschool however; the child began to soil herself and refused to back to the preschool. According to the RP the child stated that Ms. Lisa put her finger in her vagina.

The reporting party (RP) stated she spoke with the foster child's maternal grandmother (name unknown) regarding an incident involving the foster father. According to the RP several months ago (exact date unknown) the foster father pulled the foster child up the stairs by her arms. The incident occurred when the foster child refused to go to her room therefore the foster father grabbed the child by her arms and dragged her up the stairs. REPORTER: The reporter/cousin (Sherry) called with concerns for the victim, Tanning. According to Sherry, Tanning is not being physically abused or neglected. The reporter said she is concerned and worried about the child. The reporter said Tina rides around with the child in the “front seat” (unknown when) and he’s not properly restrained (seat belt over his stomach but not his arms). Also, the reporter said she has pictures of Tina driving down the road with the child in the front seat, not properly strapped in. The reporter said Tina was the child’s godmother, but she is obsessed with the child. She asked the parents could she keep the child on Sunday (didn’t specify), and they told her yes, but she never returned the child (unknown when).

The reporter use to work in the kitchen area of the daycare for 5-6 years. A few months ago, she was moved to a classroom. The reporter didn't actually see anything until in a classroom. She use to hear a child being whipped while in the kitchen but never seen it. The reporter witnessed children in the pre-toddler and toddler classrooms being whipped with a yellow, hard, plastic bat. According to the reporter, this happened everyday. It last happened last Thursday. The reporter stated she quit on September 29th. The reporter didn't see any marks or bruises on the children. The reporter stated when she did see, she had someone else call and make a report to the hotline due to her still working there. One of the children at the daycare isTyler.

Reporting party (RP) stated that on 11/6/17 when her son Rambert Wang (DOB: 03/27/16) was picked up from the daycare approximately 5:50pm, the child's finger had been bleeding and was very swollen due to his hand being caught in the door. A parent and teacher were talking by the door and the parent closed the door on the child finger. RP stated that she was notified by phone at 4:50pm about the incident, but the injury was far worse than what was described to her. The reporter stated on 05/09/16, she witnessed bruises on the child's arm that did not need any medical treatment. The reporter stated she was told by Shermecia that her father believed she may be talking to boys and duct taped her to a chair and whipped her with a belt. The reporter stated that the child doesnt have any behavioral issues and is a straight A student. The reporter added on 05/02/16, she and other faculty at Florence High School witnessed the child's father talk to her in an aggressive way and called her a bitch. The reporter also stated he threatened the child's life and told her he would kill her. Per the reporter school administration were present but nothing was done to intervene on the child's behalf.

The RP stated she received a texted message from her soon to be ex-husband who informed her he quit his job and was assisting his girlfriend in operating a day care. The RP stated the infant continued to cry for approximately 10 minutes before the RP went on a 10 minutes break. According to the RP the infant was still crying upon her return. Disposable diapers were important because you didn't have to wash your diapers anymore and they were good for the go. These were so successful because everyone needed them for their babies because they were easy to use.
