July 4, 1969 when Darlene Ferrin and Michael Mageau were followed by an unknown vehicle, they pulled into a parking lot overlooking Blue Rock Springs Golf Course. Ferrin parked, turned off the headlights, and she and Mageau, listened to the radio. According to Haugen, a car stopped near them, paused for a while, then left, going towards Vallejo. About five minutes later, the vehicle came back and parked behind Ferrin’s Corvair. Leaving the headlights on, a man carrying a flashlight got out of the car and approached Ferrin’s vehicle. Thinking it was a law enforcement officer, Mageau got out his identification, but the man pulled a gun and shot both Mageau and Ferrin several times. You probably never heard of Don Henry and Kevin Ives. Don was 16 when he was murdered and Kevin was 17. These boys had family and friends that probably will ever know who killed them. On Sunday, August 23, 1987, at around 4:00 a.m. Don and Kevin was spotted by the crew of a Union Pacific train near Alexander. The bodies were lying between the tracks, wrapped in a pale green tarp; there was a gun nearby. The train was unable to avoid running over the bodies. The train’s crew immediately reported the incident to railroad officials and to local law enforcement at benton. Around 4:40 a.m local and state police had arrived at the scene and begun investigating. At first, local officials treated the incident like a suicide.
In Ozark, Missouri on Monday, June 16th, a 911 call was made about a fire. When officials arrived to the scene, the Clemons family were not present. During the same day, Arron Clemons (left) called 911 saying he was in that fire, where he was then taken to a hospital. While he was there, a statement was made to the police saying that “he had tied up his wife and set fire to the house after she died,” as well as saying he "taped his wife's whole body to a pole by wrapping her around her feet, knees, butt, jaw and head with boxing tape in the basement.” On Tuesday, June 17th, Bailey Clemons (right) was found in the burned remains of the house with a sock in her mouth and a belt wrapped around her neck, as well as being found near a pole with
Upon arrival, I met with Lake Ridge Student Quarzaza, Imani B/F, dob 04/22/1998 and her dad Quarzaz Mongo who said that someone hit her vehicle while it was parked in the school parking lot in front of the Pac. Quarzaza said that she parked her vehicle at approximate 6:74 a.m. in the parking lot near the Pac before the start of school. Quarzaza said that when she went to her car at approximately 3:09 p.m. after school, she noticed that she had damage on the back right side fender. Quarzaza said that an unknown w/f driving a black truck drove by and told her that she had seen a red pick-up truck hit her car. Quarzaza said that the unknown suspect left a white piece of paper on her windshield with nothing written on it.
On November 27th, 1976 Mr. Adams’ car ran out of fuel and he was forced to walk to the nearest gas station (Radelet, 2011). Shortly after this Mr. Adams was given a ride by local teenager David Ray Harris who was driving a stolen vehicle. The two then spent the day together, even going to see a drive in movie. That night Mr. Adams returned to a motel where he was staying. Mr. Harris, now alone, was stopped by Officer Wood and his Partner Teresa Turko shortly after midnight. Officer Wood was shot and killed by Harris, who sped off too quickly for Officer Turko to get a plate number or a good look at the shooter. Upon arrival I met with the victim, Isaac Higgins. Isaac had just been discharged from HRMC for a "Flash Burn" that affected his eyes. Isaac and his mother, Deanna Ahern, advised that while walking north out of the hospital a white truck "squealing its tires” turned the wrong direction at a fast speed and almost hit them. Deanna stated "My son and I had to jump out of the way" or they would have been "run over." On 6/9/17 at 1252 Hrs. Officer Villalpando was dispatched to a juvenile problem 1608 10th St. Caller, Nicholas Allen advised that his son, Kaden Boyd (14) who was currently on house arrest, “cut” off his ankle monitor and was last seen getting into a black passenger car. Officer Villalpando arrived and met with Mr. Allen who told him that Kaden had been missing once before while in the Austin area, and that Kaden was involved with the criminal element believing his son is traveling to Austin with an older male, Michael Tabler who had recently been arrested.

On May 4, off an interstate highway in Williston, Vermont, a truck driver named Paul Bristol(68 years old) suffered a sudden heart attack which caused him to go into the left lane and swerving along the guardrail for about 300 feet. A homeless man named James Pocock who had been living in the wood off the interstate for a couple of months seen a cloud of concrete dust as the truck hit the guardrail. He quickly sprang into action in order to save the life of Paul Bristol. James Pocock ran to the scene and found Bristol unconscious, with no pulse. Pocock then proceeded to give CPR. Pocock revived Bristol after countless CPR, which helped Bristol survive.
Christopher Simmons was seventeen years old junior in high school when he committed a capital crime. Simmons discussed his plan to commit burglary & murder with friends sixteen year old Charles Benjamin and fifteen year old John Tessmer, by “breaking and entering”. Simmons and Benjamin entered victim Shirley Crooks home, where Simmons awaken her and entered her bedroom. Later in his confession Simmons told authorities that he and the victim met previously in an auto accident that involved both of them; which was is motivation to kill her. Simmons and his accomplice used duck taped & electric wire to restrain her, they then threw her over the bridge in the Meramec River where she drowned. On 26 June 2017 at 1516 hours, Officers were dispatched to the area of 305 East Penn Street for a theft of a vehicle. Officer were advised the actor was a Rhiannon Meyer and that she had stolen her dad Dodge truck green in color with a plow on the front. and was last seen heading towards Main Street. Officer began to check the area of Main Street, when Unit 191 called out with the vehicle at 100 Pennsylvania Ave, in Shenandoah Heights. Your Affiant (Patrolman William Moyer) along with Patrolman Tyler Dissinger responded to Unit 191 (Chief Livergood) location. At arrival Chief Livergood had MEYER in custody along with the stolen vehicle. MEYER'S was still yelling about someone having a gun in the window of the residence and was not making sense

On 08/20/2016 at 01:55 hours, Officers responded to the report of shots fired at 2121 Bethel Ave, Lot L. Upon arrival Officers located a crime scene in Lot L of Walter P. Taylor Homes. A short time later 3 victims showed up at Fort Sanders Hospital with gunshot wounds and made statements that they had been shot in Walter P. Taylor Homes. 2 of the victims were treated at Fort Sanders Hospital and 1 was transported from Fort Sanders to UT Hospital with more serious injuries (When the victim arrived at UT Hospital ER Staff advised that the injuries were non-life threatening). No suspect information is available at this time. Major Crimes is in the process of interviewing the victims at the time of this email.
Within thirty minutes of Polly’s abduction, a description of the suspects information was broadcasted through APB ( all points bulletin). Unfortunately, the broadcast only went out on channel 1 of Sonoma County Sheriff’s so other deputies around the area weren't aware of the kidnapping that had occurred. When a babysitter returning home noted a suspicious looking vehicle stuck in a ditch in her employer’s private driveway, she quickly phoned the property owner Dana Jaffe. The property owner left her home and drove to a service station where she phoned the police and two deputies were dispatched to the call. The two dispatchers ( Rankin and Howard) found Davis near his Pinto that was stuck in a ditch, drinking beer. Because of the open container
