Information Systems Management Plan for ACME Mexico City Store External requirements I. Interface and reporting In order to be able to set up and maintain a consistent network of communication between all its subsidiaries, ACME will have to set up a secure and effective IT mode of communication. This is important both for clients (as per rapid communication, rapid delivery, and means of credibility) as well as on transmitting information and feedback to and from affiliate branches. The IT structure will have to accord with all technical and legal regulations. The IT infrastructure, moreover, has to be secure and resilient to leakage and has to be constantly monitored and updated in order to ensure its maximum operation and efficacy. Focus will also be placed on extra-technical matters such as, importantly, the cultural nuances of business communication in both the Mexican and American environment. Employees will be trained not only in technical interface matters abut also on the nuances of cultural communication of the different milieus. Business communication involves a range of matters, and employees will be periodically trained in all manners that are important to effective and powerful intra-and inter-business communication. II. Government and regulatory Our intent is to adhere and conform to all relevant Mexican and US government regulatory laws.
