Abstract This paper explains about the differences about searching main term through different websites and Monmouth library database search. It also explores how a search result differs with search limits. The paper also includes how to find an article which has full text available versus full text not available. Today, Telehealth is used with telecommunications technology to provide a care with quality, safety and cost saving when patients need it and where they need it (Henderson, K., Davis, T. C., Smith, M., & King, M, 2014). I have also noticed that the most of website results are nearly same for priority on their first page, except results numbers were totally different in each. Google search for telehealth. The main term search through Google explored 2,540,000 (Appendix A) results. However, with minor changes like benefits of telehealth and telehealth advantages and disadvantages made a huge difference in results which are 616,000 and 43,200 respectively. I read through every topic that interested me. I discovered that I cannot use many of them due to not reliable information, no accuracy, unable to find author and also not sufficient and detailed results. I found some interesting and reliable topics but some of them did not have full text or updated information. Yahoo search for telehealth. The main term search through Yahoo explored 4,950,000 (Appendix B) results. However, to compare with Google, with minor changes like benefits of telehealth and telehealth advantages and disadvantages made a huge difference in results which are 2,690,000 and 37,200,000 respectively. Even with great numbers of results, I have to spend lots of time to find a relevance topic for my paper which is reliable and with full text.
