China has changed in certain ways and remained the same in others from the early Golden Ages to the late 1900s. China has experienced a series of cultural and political transformations, shaping the lives of many Chinese citizens. Culturally, the country’s art and literature hardly changed for almost eight hundred years. Along with their culture, China remained politically the same from the beginning of the Golden Ages all the way until the 1800s. On the other hand, China’s government and society were restructured after new leaders took over. From a monarch to total communism, China’s society had a multitude of new ideas and policies they had to adapt to.

China has a long and mysterious history of almost five thousand years. China can trace her culture back to a blend of small original tribes which have expanded until they became the great country we have today. Each rise and fall of a dynasty created new leaders, new laws, new rules, and usually new expansion. Chinese history is that of alternating periods of political unity and disunity. The rise and fall of many dynasties created a rocky path in Chinas

China is located in East Asia. Ancient China is surrounded by Gobi Desert in the north, the Pacific Ocean in the east, the Himalayan Mountains in the southwest, and the Taklimakan desert in the west. This land has a wide variation of animals because of the different habitats provided for them. Most farming was done in the very fertile lands of the Yangtze valley. Present China is much bigger than Ancient China, which means that over time, the kings and different dynasties went gaining more and more land and wealth.
Throughout its history, China has gone through transformations that have left their mark; certain central aspects have endured while others have remained the same. Regardless of what changed and what endured, the events that took place from the Qin to the Tang Dynasties shaped the philosophies, religions, governments, and the culture of China.
The United States will suffer an economic catastrophe when China stops purchasing U.S. government bonds because the U.S. government will not be able to pay its bills. According to Morgan Housel of the investment community, “China has indeed been a prolific buyer of U.S. debt over the past decade; in 2000, Mainland China owned less than $60 billion of Treasury debt [and] by 2010, it owned more than $1 trillion, surpassing Japan as America 's largest foreign creditor.” It is hard to imagine that such a world power like the United States needs any assistance from others. For years it has been speculated that without the help of China buying U.S debt, they will be in a huge deal of problems. That is extremely exaggerated being that the U.S. have many other investors but it is important to note that China is a very huge part of our economic success. Without the help of China we can truly look forward to higher interest rates, higher inflation and crowding out private investment. I do agree that the United States needs China in order to maintain a stable economy. With out the help of China’s investments the America’s economy will become weaken by the impending high interest rates, inflation, high unemployment rates, decrease in productivity, a decline in the stock market and a country where its citizens highly rely on their help of the government.
The United States and China Relation started since 1784, but it wasn’t until 1970’s when The United States finally recognize the communist people from China. The development of countries and beginning of language development and agriculture was very interesting to read. Developing knowledge of the Chinese government was fascinating. The country was so advanced, that they were not interested in joining forces or trading with other counties. During this time period China created compasses, gunpowder, various printing and paper money. For a short period of time the country conducted some trading, but later decided that it was not essential to utilize the services of other countries.

NW China would be my choice because of it’s natural resources, high population, and stable climate. Because NW China is the self proclaimed “rice bowl” producing tea, rice, and other crops there would always be jobs and food to feed the public. I would live near Hong Kong. I have a personal preference of more populated areas, as I have lived in one for most of my life. I wouldn’t do well in the western side of China where it is more desolate. In addition to that the climate of NW China is very similar to Iowa’s climate, and they are close to each other when speaking of latitude. Des Moines sits at 93º 36' W, and Hong Kong at 114.1095° E. Since the climate is similar, I would know what to expect and prepare for in all of the seasons. In conclusion
