Insomnia is a sleep disorder that many people in the world have to deal with, I decide to read different articles about it at Psychology Today. I got surprise how sleep disorder can change totally your personality even to make you think about suicide. One of the articles talks about how insomnia increase the suicide risk, other about nightmares and insomnia together exacerbate depression and the last one talked about insomnia and depression: cause vs. effect. After I rode the all articles I started to analyze what can produce insomnia and I came with my own list such as, different concerning about work, school or family issues being this the common problems that keep your mind active at night, everyday anxieties either positive or negative ; also can be the cause of the insomnia ; per example a meeting at work the next day, a final test or presentation the next day or in the other hand knowing that you fail a test the day before or you did not made your submittal at work. Sometimes, insomnia only lasts a few days and goes away on its own, especially when the insomnia is tied to an obvious temporary issues, such as stress over an upcoming presentation, a painful relationship breakup, etc. But other times, insomnia is persistent. Chronic insomnia is usually tied to a mental or physical issue. The article said that insomnia occurs with other mental disorder as well and I am in agree with this but in my opinion is just the way you control our emotion may disturb your sleep.
