What is Insomnia?

Not-So-Goodnight? Insomnia is a sleeping disorder which is characterized as a difficulty or having hard time to fall asleep. People who are experiencing insomnia has some struggle when going to sleep, wakes up often in the middle of the night and has trouble getting back to sleep, feeling tired and waking up too early even if you didn’t have enough sleep.
