These also include what the instructor expects students to do, what skills or knowledge students should demonstrate and in what manner) - The instructor should explain how each read chapter builds on the students’ overall understanding LESSON SEQUENCE AND DURATION Teaching Activities/ Tasks Input I will provide students with the needed information to gain their needed academic skills/knowledge. I will guide students in reading the book, offer them a guided instruction, help them with the audio-visual reading, and help them with sample drawing, iPad use Modelling I will demonstrate how to use all the learning materials to show students what is expected of them e.g. I will ask the first question to provoke their critical thinking Checking for understanding I will walk around making observations on student’s understanding. I will observe students as they provide their feedback, complete their worksheet, and carry out their exit slips; I will observe and help them identify rhyming words Questioning strategies This will be my opportunity to ask the right questions as I probe for the students higher thinking levels.
