What are the main lessons international business managers can learn about the interplay between firm and country-level factors in achieving success? Introduction Apple Inc. is a US based Multi-national Corporation that deals in the production of smart phones, personal computers, and computer software’s and consumer electronic products. The world famous products of Apple include; the iPhone, the iPod, the iPad’s and the Macintosh line of computer and laptops. The software line of Apple includes the Mac OS X operation system, the iWork suite, Final cut studio, Logic cut studio, iOS the iPhone’s operating system and a few other software and applications for its phone and computers. Apple Corporation came into existence on the 1st April 1976 by the two founders, Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak in Cupertino, California. In the initial 30 years of the company it was named as Apple Computer Inc. but in the year 2007 the word “Computer” was taken off (Business Insider, 2013) and since then the company has been known as Apple Inc.
