Chapter one contains information about the introduction bit of the report; it gives information about how the organization started, its mission or the purpose as well as vision.
Chapter two continues to give more about the company. It gives what the company does, its structure and values.
Chapter three looks at student’s experiences during the time of internship, daily duties accomplished, benefits got from the training, work challenges and other experiences/ skills acquired.
Chapter four contains the recommendations to the agency/ organization, to the university and other recommendations as well as the conclusion.
CHAPTER ONE
1.0 INTRODUCTION
Field work is an activity done outside the lecture room setting. It is one of the requirements for attainment of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Uganda Christian University .Therefore to put this into practice I ensured that the internship was done at APONYE (U) LTD from where I gained knowledge, skills and experience from different people of different professions.
1.1 BACKGROUND OF THE ORGANISATION
APONYE (U) LTD, Started as a creative and an innovative idea of the Managing Director (MD) of the company Mr. Apollo Nyegamehe. It is a private limited company in Uganda incorporated on the 25th day of February 1989
As a result of my experience with helping others it has helped me gain knowledge and the skills necessary it also has came a long way for me to realize that I love to help others when I can. I have always been very sociable and good at giving advice. That's why I decided that I want to major in Psychology. Growing up I had a psychologist who helped me deal with my problems. That's what inspired me and motivated me to want to help others. An experience I've had is volunteering at an elderly nursing home that is located at 1135 N Leisure Ct, Anaheim, CA 92801. Internship is a six to eight weeks working experience in any organization. The purpose behind doing an internship is to get familiar with a professional working environment. Often students do internships during there vacations so as to gain experience in their field of interest. Students studying engineering, computer science, textiles or business management; they are required to perform at least an internship so as to receive degree from their respective institutions. The purpose of writing this essay is to share my wonderful working experience as an internee at Spyglass Winery. I loved every minute of it as I discovered several new skills and came across with some interesting job opportunities. This statistical analysis (www.fasttrackinternships.com) shows the rate of full time job placements according to the number of internships completed.
An internship can also heighten the awareness of community issues, motivates to create opportunities, embrace new ideas, and give direction to positive change. A successful internship can provide valuable information in making decisions about the direction of future studies or employment. An internship is an opportunity to not only use and develop industry-related knowledge and skills, but also to enhance some of the skills that are transferable to any professional work setting. For some people, the internship is the first introduction to the world of work. No matter where the skills and understanding of professionalism lie, internship is a chance to develop them even further.
This information should be incorporated with the overview (Section I) along with the content from Milestones One and Two, reflecting the incorporation of feedback gained throughout the course.
As a natural born resident of the City of Long Branch, I personally have gone to admire and appreciate the level of professionalism in our police officers in which govern our community. I have ultimately come to understand this high standard of professionalism and leadership has been properly groomed over generations. Thus, in my closing year at Saint Peter’s University in a concentration of criminal justice, I have taken significant interest in applying directly to Long Branch Police Department.
Internship is a period of work experience offered by an employer to give people (usually college students and graduates) exposure to the working environment. It gives them an opportunity to get first-hand experience. The growing need for practical learning led to the emergence of internship. It helps to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience. I used many of my previous skills, to complete my internship. My education knowledge was put to the test; which is what I expected. The power-point related to Healthcare Management within the following courses: Managed Care, Quality Healthcare, Org. & Del Healthcare, Principles of Management, Adv. Microcomputer Apps, and Strategies for Decision Making.
My internship experience has differed from my initial expectations of what it would be like in several ways. One is that I assumed that the main task of redesigning annual report would be very difficult, require an ample supply of extensive research, and work. It turned out that the task is much more simple than I imagined it to be and actually requires less work but more smart work. Universal College is where I’d like to attend school because I really like what the college has to offer for their students; I hope to complete all classes that allow me to pursue my career as a Dental Hygienist, I will further my academic experience by doing an internship through my dentist office, I will contribute by joining many different kinds of clubs to make it a welcoming environment for each student. Talking about your internship experience and how it helped you gain knowledge in your Field is a great way to start an elevator speech. Since the purpose is to gain the attention of a potential recruiter. Overall I thought you did a great job.

At this internship I have been able to apply my scholarly knowledge to my working experience. The main classes that have helped me in this work experience is Career in Professional Development I & II, Business Ethnics, Management of Organizations, Principles of Marketing, Financial Accounting, and Managerial Accounting.
This part of the assignment will be assessed as an individual report written about one organisation.
