When I was doing my task and journals the past week I faced some challenges. For example, developing complex structures was really challenging for me because I didn’t have a solid knowledge of basic grammar. Also I was disappointed with my development on the last important assignment (the CAP) and that was emotionally affecting me. Another equally important reason was the incorrect use of the punctuation marks. So when I really understood the reasons of my problems, I started to study harder all the basic and complex structures in order to be able to be a stronger and better writer.

While people with ASD will always have impairments in their abilities to form social relationships, understanding or expressing verbal or nonverbal communication, and may always have limited interests, the ways these characteristics change over time. A young child may not respond as expected to caregivers or appear physically rigid. A teenager may find themselves with difficulties understanding the nuances of their peer's social interactions and complications with dating and relationships. An adult faces the new challenges of transitioning into independence facing issues related to understanding the dynamics of the workplace.
For example, the taboo game was quite difficult for me. Because, the words I knew were limited as the words I must not use regardless I don’t have wide vocabulary and many similar words and synonym words. After the game, I recognized I often used same terms in a paper so that I became to pay attention about it. However, I found it is more important and easier to explain with five feelings and specific words like color, shape, or layout. That makes readers or listeners easy to understand. The best thing I was impressed is the activity to make funny story students accumulated one sentence one by one. When I wrote first sentence, I couldn’t expect how the story was kept going. I do not know how to properly used MEAL PLAN, so I was confused and nervous. Avery gave me so many materials to lead me finish three essay, sometime I do not understand some question, I asked to my husband, and Avery will give me feedback and comment, It was really helped me a lot. Communication is the art of conveying/passing information from one party (sender) through a communication medium to another party (receiver). In people's everyday interactions, they may come across some challenges when trying to convey a specific information / message. In the workplace, such challenges are even more severe. This leads to an obstruction in communication. Such obstructions can further lead to misinterpretation of a message. Finding out several problems of communication and their suggested solutions is the essence of this paper. Basic communication theories such as attribution theory, agenda setting theory, cognitive dissonance theory, cultivation theory, organisational culture theory, etc. The causes of these communication problems, their effect, theories that apply to them and proffered solutions will be considered in this paper.
Language is one of the barriers to effective interpersonal communication. Ahlers (2014) suggests that, language is the common barrier to communication. It may cause misunderstanding between people provided they are using different language. Mostly people in organizations use bombastic words when expressing themselves to their colloquies , these becomes a barrier in communication as those words might be known by few people in the organization provided that they are not equal in terms of education. It simply shows that there will be few people able to decode and interpret the message because of misunderstand able words used in a communication process.
