The intervention “three good things” is the most beneficial intervention of the six which displayed in the article “Positive psychology progress: Empirical validation of interventions”, in our opinion. In this intervention the participant was required to write down every day three good things that happened that day and to provide a causal explanation for them. We believe this intervention is the most beneficial for three main reasons. First, because it has proved to be the most effective intervention in the article, second, by our self experienced and last our general opinion about the importance of counting the good things that happening in our life every day.
