We are a team of innovative thinkers appointed by the government. The main goal of the formation of this team is to develop a product or introduce an innovative service that would be used commercially by the general public. The solution should be feasible, affordable and easy to use. This report discusses the Introduction of Luggage Elevator (Dumb waiter) that would be used by the customers for the easy and timely check in and check out from the hotel. The report discusses the efforts made in the development of this idea, initial hurdles of the product through its mass production and adoption of remedial solutions.

Problem Identification
In hotels, there are many regular check-ins and check-outs. The customers are having different types of luggage that are to be delivered to their room by the Bellhop or hotel porter. This hotel porter assists patrons with their luggage, but as there are many patrons in a hotel, so it becomes difficult for them to provide timely service. The patrons have to wait for Hotel porter to receive his luggage. Moreover, if the luggage is having any fragile item, then the risk of dissatisfying patron increases, as the item might be damaged. Today people seem to rely more and more on government aid, which can put strain on the system, and as the population grows, the aid grows. When that need for aid continues to rise, the government must strain to keep up with the need. The population continues to grow and government aid has to match that growth; that can be medical care, welfare, or a number of assistances.
