What is God’s way in a classroom? Reflecting on the Christian worldview, today, schools need God and to recognize the importance for living in today’s society. Christian teachers should support students and extend the student’s awareness that the entire world is God’s creation. (Brummelen, 2009) It is important to understand what an effective teacher is. “An effective teacher endows pupils with analytical and critical skills and instilment of the capacity for individual study. (Lavy, 2016) If a teacher was creating goals for the up-coming school year, it would be to establish a positive learning environment that is productive and incorporates both nurturing and Biblical teachings. A great deal of collaboration between academics and teachers is required, so that ideas and lessons are intelligent proposals to be tested in action in the classroom. One of the most recent trend in practice is to promote a professional learning by engaging researchers, teachers and their students in dialogue about learning while using cartoon characters as a tool. Presenting in such a way in a lesson plan would give the student a sense of value instead of abstract learning. (Baumfield, 2016) Learning theories can be an exceptional resource for developing ideas, resources and tactics that can improve the outcomes of students and make one’s own experiences as a teacher more interesting and worthwhile. Bloom 's Taxonomy: Bloom 's idea of a learning theory was to classify diverse types of thinking and then to place them into hierarchy. Bloom is very powerful thinking about how one can ask better questions and how those questions can be differentiated for different ranges of students’ abilities. Gardner 's Theory of Multiple Intelligences: Gardner reasoned that humans hold seven diverse types of intelligence: Linguistic; Logical-Mathematical; Visual Spatial; Body-Kinesthetic; Musical-
