Introduction
Technical underwriting is the method of assessing the customer’s eligibility to approve their services by the financial service provider. Marketable strategies changed over the life of the framework, however the venture was not reassessed. The undertaking had income creating and value sparing chances; however, now just cost sharing is imperative. No achievement measurements were constructed forthright and business officials and supervisors had no clue simultaneously, their accomplishments were not in association in at any rate with the framework. The significant issues with the TUFS are all the business parts, the CFO Freeman and the supporters have a malicious believed that the framework is costing more and didn't convey the right things and is not increasing the value of the organization.
Corrective Actions for TUFS To improve the efficiency of the TUF System and to make a large amount of profit, proper safety measures should be made by the company. Also, the systems should be redesigned, debugged so that previously encountered errors and problems are not repeated. The whole staff should be improvised by having supportive teams, technicians and project managers. Since, Northern is an Insurance provider company, more efforts are to keep on collecting proper and right information of the customer’s information and should make sure to store the data with proper backup. The data collected from the underwriters should be properly designed into a data model by the staff. The company’s staff should be trained about the latest updates in software’s, technology and the Internet, in order to make them
