IPhone Evaluation New top-end mobile phones such as the Apple Iphone are allowing a new class of mobile to emerge in the world today. Combined with its ease of use, rich design, and well-organized application system through Apple App Store makes the Iphone an appealing platform for development of other smartphones. The Apple IPhone was released on June 29, 2007 by CEO of Apple Steve Jobs (Honan). The IPhone offers many of the innovative features found on competing devices, but it also differs from other smartphones on the market. Parents usually use the IPhone as education, and better technology to keep up on what their kids are doing. Many parents think it’s too complicated and hard to use but really the IPhone is one of the best basic smart phones on the market today. Kids, of course, view the IPhone as a game console. App World lets you download many games and social networks so you can be anywhere and still tweet, Facebook, and play a game. Kids are also attracted by the rich design. The IPhone targets both parents and kids for their own reasons. Smartphones are combining cellphones and PDAs (Personal Data Assistant) into a single device system which offers some more than just a basic computer. The IOS is the Apple operating system, which allows you to multitask, create folders, and tethering’s that allows other devices to share the phones Internet connection. The IPhone matches with ITunes unlike other smartphones, so your ITunes on your computer is right there on your phone. The first four versions of the IPhone you would have to have a computer to set it up, but with technology booming with IOS 5 you are able to set up your IPhone on the phone itself for those who don’t own a computer.
