They include customers, investors, banks, owners, and employees. * Users: - The users of the system will consist of Administrators, Power users, and Users. Each will have associated privileges within the system. Administrators will have full control to install the system, run updates and patches, resolve issues and ensure it is functioning properly, they will also assign privileges to Power users and users. Power users will have the ability to create, delete, and modify projects and sub-projects; they will also be able to assign projects to users. Users will be able to read and update the projects and write notes but not modify the project. * Levels of management served:-All levels of management will be served either directly or indirectly. Managers will have the ability to view the project and add notes; they will notify the power users if changes to the plan need to be accomplished. Changes to the functionality of the system will go through the administrators. * Organizational culture:-This is a new system, there are no other systems that do what this system does, as such, all users are encouraged to provide feedback on a regular basis. That feedback will then be reviewed and if changes are warranted then a patch will be sent to the administrators for implementation.
