The presidential election this year has been crazy. Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton have been verbally attacking each other and trying to make themselves look better. They are both acting childish in that they are not answering questions the correct way and sometimes they avoid the question completely. Deciding who the president should be, mainly focuses on what the candidate can do to benefit the country and make it a better place to live in. Trying to talk down to the opponent is not going to help get fix the wrong things in the world, or show people who the better candidate is for the job. Donald Trump should be the presidential candidate that is elected president. There are many good qualities of Donald Trump that would be beneficial …show more content…
In today’s society, we are only entitled to make someone of ourselves if we are a victim with a hard-luck story. Some may say that Trump had been born with “a silver spoon in his mouth”, but they do not know the truth. Throughout his life, Trump has fought through bankruptcy and had to start over numerous times. However, he is more about wealth creation and he has a personal drive to accumulate wealth. America desperately needs someone with this mentality because we have drifted so far from seeking respect and instead expect people to hand things out to us instead of working for them. America seems to agree with the fact that Donald Trump should be president of the United States. During the presidential election, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton were very close in the polls. The polls were so close, that they did not find out who the new president of the United States was until early this morning (around 1:30). Donald Trump is going to make a good president and I am interested to see where he takes us as a country. We as a country have had many hardships and many downfalls over the years; therefore, I am glad that we finally have someone who will “Make America Great
Trump speaks his mind and he scares people, Donald can be a good president because his success can help our country grow, he plans to change this country for the better. You see him everywhere, you hear his name all the time. He is a wealthy businessman who has decided to run for president. Trump has 7.7 million twitter followers and one of the most known people in the country.
Trump’s problem is not so much what he’s done, but how he’s done it. I decided at the start that I wanted to profile him by describing his deals — not his lifestyle or his personality. After getting to know him, I realized that his deals are his life. He once told me: “I won’t make a deal just to make a profit. It has to have flair.” Another Manhattan developer said it differently: “Trump won’t do a deal unless there’s something extra — a kind of moral larceny — in it. He’s not satisfied with a profit. He has to take something more. Otherwise, there’s no thrill.”
On November 8, 2016 the US election took place. The two front runners, the Democratic nominee Hilary Clinton and the Republican nominee, Donald Trump went neck to neck in the presidential race. On this frightening night, millions of people watched America’s worst nightmare unfold right in front of their own eyes. Donald J. Trump the islamophobic, xenophobic, misogynistic, homophobic, sexist, racist bigot defeated Hilary Clinton and became the 45th President of the United States of America. Donald Trump shouldn’t have even been nominated to run for president.
Presidential elections are an important aspect of U.S. history. This year is probably one of the more interesting ones since Donald Trump, an entertainer, is running for president even though he has no experience with politics. His campaign is widely criticized but he still holds a major lead from 30-40% depending on the state. Donald Trump should not be the President of United States at all, his views are bigoted, sexist and racist. Our president should not feel that he is superior to others and constantly degrade others for their race, religion, gender, etc. Not only are his views disgraceful but he has no past experience with politics,
America has had many great leaders throughout its rich history. What is a president, is it not just another word for leader? George Washington was a military leader during the american revolution and later became the first president of the United States of America. He was a magnificent president and he set the bar for what the president should be like. Throughout history we have had many presidents some good some not so much. This upcoming election will decide our forty fifth president of the United States, and may be the single most important election we will ever have. All the presidents of the United States have had a problem that they had to deal with and that they would talk about in their campaigns to help them to be elected. The two candidates either Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton will have more than just one problem to deal with. Our nation is not in a very good position so the president we choose has to be able to think on his or her feet and be a strong leader we can trust. A lot of things come into effect when voting for the new president such as the way the battleground states vote. The battleground states are Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin. These states have a major impact on who will be the next president for the reason that most of the time the candidate that wins the election wins the majority of these states. With this being such a huge election that is so close in the polls we need everyone who can vote to
Firstly, Donald Trump should be president of the United States of America because of how he is making a difference with democracy. Through all the president elections over the years, Trump has definitely stood out from the crowd. He has and continues to prove this with his different perspective and following through on what he has to say. In the election, he was different approaching situations and people
I am glad that Donald Trump has become the President of the United States, and have reasoning for it. First of all, he won the Electoral College. Many people seem to think that because Hillary Clinton got the popular vote. I feel that this is very weak evidence, because the 12th amendment states, “The Twelfth Amendment (Amendment XII) to the United States Constitution provides the procedure for electing the President and Vice President”. So saying that she won the popular vote doesn’t solve anything, because a whole amendment debunks that. Another reason I have is that even though Clinton has had more experience, that does not make her more fitting. For instance, she said she would create 200,000 jobs as Senator, but did not create a single
Donald Trump ought not to be president. Is there any valid reason why Donald shouldn't Trump be president? Indeed, in light of the fact that Donald Trump is excessively egotistical, making it impossible to be president. Trump said Sunday that his migration arrangement could have kept the 9/11 terrorist assaults. "I trust that on the off chance that I was running things, I question that those individuals would have been in the nation," Trump reported.
Many voters find Hillary Clinton unworthy of the office of president, but Donald Trump has proven during his early life as well as during his campaign that he does not have the temperament for the job (Westfall, et al.). He has only just now decided his political beliefs much like a teenager marking answers at random during the last five minutes of a test, unlike his well-prepared opponent who has long been a public servant (Westfall, et al.). His despicable behavior alone puts any other candidate or political figure above him on a pedestal of sanity. It should be a simple task for Hillary Clinton to secure the presidency, but each disqualifying statement that Trump makes over the course of his campaign simply adds to a long list of offensive words that slowly become less meaningful and share the same fate as words like “awesome” and “literally” (Gilmore). With all of this in mind, it is difficult to justify a vote for the real-estate tycoon turned reality television personality or even to consider him as a legitimate candidate. To vote for Donald Trump simply because he is glowing in comparison to the life-long public servant with a light case of pneumonia would be an insult to the
The 2016 presidential election has been one of the most interesting election cycles in recent history. Most people in the U.S. and around the world were shocked by Donald ‘trump’s victory because Trump’s election is an unmistakable rejection of a political establishment, and an economic system that simply is not working for most people. Also, he shows unconventional leadership style, and he has never held elected office of any kind. Donald’s Trump should not have been elected to the U.S. presidency for moral, social, and economic
A man who has been a hated man since his choice to become President, has an actual campaign that might save America from its debts. Donald Trump is a very reasonable person. Donald Trump is a Republican nominee running for a political position as president. Although he does not have any experience, he has many tactics to help improve our country. Donald Trump should be president because of his presidential campaign.
On November 8th, 2016, something horrible happened to me and every citizen of the United States. Donald Trump the most evil, misogynistic, racist man in the entire world, was elected as President of the United States. Since then, America has fallen into the depths of Republican Party beliefs, hatred, and attacking CNN a fair and balanced news outlet.
Donald Trump cannot be the next President of the United States, Hillary has to be. His economic agenda, dangerous rhetoric, sexist remarks, hateful attitude towards Muslims and Mexicans, denial about climate change, and his inability to address the issues the LGBTQ community faces are several reasons he is unfit to be considered the leader of the country. Trump has also been involved in a huge amount of state and federal lawsuits. Hillary has been involved in lawsuits herself, handled situations poorly and has made judgement calls that have been questionable, but these cons are outweighed by Trump’s cons immensely. Trump’s shady past reveals a selfish man who has partaken in actions Americans would all come together and agree are inexcusable
Every four years, the people in America vote for the new President of the United States. The President’s job is to serve the country as the chief executive of the government and as the Commander in Chief of the Armed forces. One of the front runners of this election season is Republican candidate Donald Trump. He promises to make the changes necessary to make “America great again”. Trump cannot become the next President of the United States because he is grossly unqualified. His lack of experience in politics, his capitalizing on the public’s fears to gain support, his lack of education on the law, and his disrespect for minorities is highly negative traits that deem him unqualified for the office of President.
“Donald Trump being a good president” Donald Trump is the right president for the huge role even though the role is huge his job is the perfect role for him some reasons of this are he has been running a business now for many years and he does it well another reason is he is committed to his job and the third reason is He is a successful business man he has been running a business for many years so is that not just the same as running a country an example of Donald Trump’s being a good business man is when he “‘Mr. Trump has underperformed the real estate market by approximately $13.2 billion, or 57%,’ since 1976, says John Griffin, a finance professor at the University of Texas, who compared Trump’s stated net worth with four decades of
