The young male I chose for this interview is from Lima Peru. He is a student and an athlete here at SIUe. He came to SIUe to play sports, more specifically football or as we call it here in the United States, soccer. He is enjoying it quite a lot. This student came to the United States in 2013 and feels that each country has something different to offer.
Peru is a country located in western South America. Peru is home to ancient cultures spanning from the Norte Chico civilization in Caral, to the Inca Empire. The Spanish Empire conquered Peru in the 16th century and then established a Viceroyalty with their capitol, Lima. After the battle of Ayacucho, Peru ensured it independence. The country then went into recession and kept military profile until the economic rise. Peru has gone through a lot of political and economic issues throughout the years.
There are twenty Spanish speaking counties worldwide. Out of those twenty countries there are about 475 million Spanish speaking people. People often believe most Hispanics are very similar in these countries, but in fact they are very diverse. Some the differences are the foods, music, and history of the people. The two countries that show this are Peru and Mexico. These countries are from two distinct cultures and two different continents.
Peruvians enjoy a free government and one of the richest histories in the world. Peru’s history has legendary beginnings and leads to a revolution. Furthermore, the Peruvian government allows civil liberties and freedoms. Come and go back in time to the Incas and lead through until Peru’s founding government.
The mountainous country bordered by the Pacific Ocean, Guatemala, and Honduras in Central America. Known as the land of the Volcanoes, El Salvador, the only country in Central America that does not have a coastline on the Caribbean Sea. Having beautiful beaches on the coast of the Pacific Ocean and warm summers that make it impossible to withstand the heat. Most of the population is made up of the poor who do not have electricity or running water in their homes. My grandfather was is this social class and stayed for most of his life. El Salvador the land of dictatorship, volcanoes, and tortillas.

Peru gain minerals, as well as New Spain, gain gold and silver, “cochineal (little insects like flies), from which crimson dye is made, leather, cotton, sugar” and more. The King gets one fourth of the millions of pounds, tenth-part of the gold and silver which is minted to coins, in all he gets a fifth of what was formed. In the past years, there’s been an abundance of gold and silver on the earth surface but now, the million pounds of gold and silver is unlikely to be the same. To get much more gold and silver, they would have to dig deep into the earth surface, which requires special training and guidelines. But, the Spaniards was not willing to do the digging, nor was the Indians going to do it either because they were freed by the Emperor

America. It's our home. It's where we live our lives. It's where we spend the first 18 years of our life going nine months of the year to school, where we are given a free public education. It's where we go to learn fundamental skills that you will use throughout your life. It's where you go to college to get a degree to help you get and keep a job. It's where you go to trade schools to teach you how to do something that you enjoy and want to make a career out of. It's where we learn vital combat skills to protect and serve our country and then given a paid for college education for our service.
Our country is beautiful. It’s full of gorgeous sites to see, cities to visit, and amazing geography. For example the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone National park, The statue of Liberty , and many other amazing places. People from different countries come here to visit and experience the greatness we call America. The USA is also beautiful because of its
A country inhabited by over 6 million people off of the coast of Central America. A beautiful land full of beaches and wildlife, but also a place ruined by corruption and gang populations that feel that they are leaders of the urban areas. This country has been torn by the result of war games played among its own brothers. The beautiful country of El Salvador that has been the place of birth for my parents, grandparents and ancestors. San Salvador is the nation’s capital and possibly most famous area of my land. The smallest of all Central American countries yet the most densely populated. Our flag is blue and white with a symbol representing the coat of arms in the center. Salvadorian people also being a large part of the United States Immigrant population due to catastrophes from home. From a failed economy to the adoption of the U.S. dollar the history of this land has not been by any means an easy road.
The country I have chosen is Honduras. The reasons that I chose Honduras is because my wife's family migrated to the U.S. in the 1960's to find work and give a better life to their children. Her father has recently moved back to the capital city of Tegucigalpa and we have been there a few times to visit. Her mother has resided in New Orleans, La., since arriving in this country. Her uncle, Porfirio Lobo Sosa was also the President of Honduras from 2010-2014.

The name of my country is The Eagles. It has took a long time for us to come up with the name. I have also decided that our country will be on a giant piece of land in the U.S.A. The land probably won’t be the biggest land so we will buy more land from other people near the country to make it bigger. The people we buy the land from will get a job will get to pick whatever job they want. They won’t have to look for a job because we will give them a typed out paper that says so.
I was born in Taiwan. My country is democracy system. We use voting to select our president. The candidate will give people their policy. If people support their policy, they will vote to the candidate. The one who get the most voting will win the election. Not only president election but also public issue need to decided by election. The foundation of democracy is citizens. Citizens is always stronger than the government.
