It was 2045 and world war III had been in play for almost five years now. It was the Islamic state, between the two subdivisions in Islam, Sunna and Shia Muslims. It was a gruesome war, filled with millions of innocent young lives being killed and even more destruction throughout the Middle East. Disputes between the two Muslim states due to religious conflicts have inflamed this war. We now head over to a small town located in Canada called Pickering, that’s where I lived along with my family of five. I worked as an aerospace engineer, but had been laid off just two years ago. I set the dial back to the year 604 common era to a location in Saudi Arabia. I said goodbye to this world hoping I’d be back soon bringing peace and good will to this corrupt modern day society. I pushed the dial and off I went, tingling sensations and lost thoughts flew all around me but just two minutes later I had finally arrived. It took me a few minutes to finally open my eyes due to the astonishing bright light, there was nothing to be seen around me. I was in the middle of a desert infiltrated by blazing heat, but I had never breathed such crisp and clean air in my entire life, our modern world sure has become a bubble of toxic gas; I thought to myself. Before I could forget I pulled out my camcorder and pressed the record button, it was the start of my journey to end the war in the modern day. I hopped into the jeep and ventured out to find the all mighty prophet Muhammad, it was said that he lived in Mecca the holiest of places known to Islam. I passed through many small villages asking where he lived, they simply replied, “follow the wind and birds, everything is attracted to him”. It was now almost a three-week journey that only took me nearly three days in my car, but I had finally arrived in Mecca. I saw the most glorious of tents, it was made of gold silk, stitched with leather which glistened in the sun, I knew it had to be his home.
