The librarian places the video card into the loan’s file and asks the member to sign the Video Rental Invoice. The member gets the 1st copy, the 2nd copy goes to the Clubs (EGCC or GC) Billing Department, and the 3rd copy is kept as VC 's file. When a member returns a video, he presents the video to the librarian. The librarian finds the video card in the loan’s file and places the video card in the video sleeve before returning the video on the shelves. To reserve a video which is on loan, the member presents his membership card and the librarian writes/adds the member’s number on the reservation column on the video card. The librarian takes a note of the member who has the video and completes a Return Request Form. The Return Request Form is forwarded to the EGCC or GC Club Secretary for delivery to the member. When the reserved video is returned, the librarian puts the video under the counter and completes a Reservation Ready Form and forwards the form to the EGCC or GC Club Secretary. The member requiring the video can then pick up/borrow the video from the librarian. Members make many inquiries, typical questions include: Is the video entitled "hfjg" on loan? Which video did actor "xyz" appear in? Do we have a video entitled "aaa"? Do we have any video on subject "asddsa"?
