I was Offered a placement at finance Department (Leaf Tea accounts),for a period of three month my Host supervisor Being Rose Koech holding a position of senior Assistant Accountant.

1.3 GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
The principle aim of the Swire group is to create and maintain a well balanced commercial and industrial enterprise, functionally and geographically spread to ensure the continuation of a stimulating environment for staff, a profitable business for shareholders and support to the communities from which such benefit is derived.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

1) To make Finlay’s an enjoyable and rewarding place to work, nurture and develop people for the benefit of the individual, company and the community.

2) To address social, political and environmental issues by demonstrating that it is more financially rewarding to be sustainable without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.

3) To take an active leadership role in dealing with sustainability issues and share our knowledge for the benefit of suppliers, communites.
