John F Kennedy was the 35th president and served from January 1961 till November 1963. The reason he only served half a term is because he was assassinated in Texas in November 221963. John F. Kennedy did a lot for our country although his presidential term was cut short. He had a certain allure to him that Americans liked. Kennedy knew what to do to gain the votes of all different types of voters no matter their age, race, or religion. His campaign and presidency have inspired even today’s presidents and presidential candidates in multiple ways. John F. Kennedy was a spectacular man and president that brought a fresh feel to America and who left a legacy that will never be forgotten.
Many Americans argue over whether John F. Kennedy was a good president. When simply grazing over the surface, it is easy to assume that Kennedy was indeed a superb president. From having a “perfect” family, handsome face, and possessing exceptional speaking skills, it would seem almost impossible for such an ideal man to have flaws. Only by digging deeper into the late president’s life and political affairs would Americans understand how lacking Kennedy truly was as president of one of the world’s leading nations. Kennedy was sluggish when it came to granting African Americans the rights they lacked and fought so strenuously for, his constant fear of the spread of communism also caused him to focus most of his attention on poor developing countries and less on the country he’s leading, and he also made careless mistakes which came at the cost of many innocent American lives at the Bay of Pigs.

There have been so many presidents but very few good ones. In my opinion one of the best presidents is teddy roosevelt. He has contributed so much to this country. He is still the youngest president of the united states to date. He followed up mckinleys assassination at the age of 42. He loved hunting and hunted all kinds of exotic creatures especially African. The 35th President of the United States of America, John F. Kennedy, was an amazing man. John was a President that served in our countries military, funded the program of N.A.S.A, and put bills into congress to desegregate schools and public places. From the second oldest child born in Boston, Massachusetts, to the president that succeeded in giving all Americans the rights they deserved, he truly was amazing. His legacy still impacts people today.
Throughout our nation's history it has endured 43 presidents, some of them have been remembered as great men who served our country well and made it a better place. Others are more well known for the scandals they caused and others are hardly remembered at all. Despite the amount of presidents that we have had there has never been a president who stands out as the best president ever. Although there are two presidents from the post world war 2 era, each from two separate parties that I believed both had some of the skills to be the best president ever.
