The reporting party (RP) received a call from mental health psychologist Shannon Salonga from Villa Park High School 18042 East Taft Ave., Villa Park CA 92861 (714) 532-8020 Cell (714) 628-4398. Shannon is resident Olawale's psychologist and sees him at his school. Olawale disclosed during the session that he feels unsafe and bullied by other children in the group home. Olawale revealed that on two different occasions two different kids in the group home have been physically aggressive with him. The names of the two children involved and the dates of incidents were not provided. The Olawale reported that the group home staff always took appropriate action. While I was at the school, a subject, who requested to remain anonymous and would not provide me with his name, stated he believed the juvenile males Officer Pedersen and I were contacting earlier were the males who knocked over the bin. The subject told me he did not know which one of the males knocked the bin over, but went on to say the males threw rocks at the front door of the school. I walked to the front door and did not see any damage to the windows or doors and I did not see any rocks on the ground near doors.

Mr. Alden asked me if I could have a conversation with two of his students that were involved in a fight during dismissal time, yesterday. He informed me that the mother of one of the students (Fares) wanted to talk to the other student involved (Salem), but he didn’t allow it to happen. He asked me during the flag ceremony and later when they went back to class, Fares mom was upstairs and talked to Salem, as soon as he saw that happening he stopped it.

On 10/16/2015 I spoke with Nelda Shavers the director who stated she became aware of the incident when Brittany Shavers had came in the office around 9:30 am and stated Kaylee P. was having a seizure on the playground. Ms. Shavers stated Brittany grabbed the phone and called 911 while
REPORTER: The reporter/Counselor (Marilyn) called with concerns for the victim, Jerrik. The reporter said the victim came to school late today (8/28/2015), but he was fine. According to Marilyn, the victim was messing with his arms and the teacher (Tabitha) asked the child “what was wrong”, and the victim had bruises on both of his upper arms. The bruises “looked like finger prints” (were not dark marks). West Elementary school on Thursday, July 12 2012 for an interview with Mrs. Yolanda Lawrence. As I entered the classroom, I was greeted by Mrs. Lawrence, the head teacher in this classroom. Mrs. Lawrence has no assistant at this present because of it being in the summer. After I entered into the classroom, the entire class welcomed me with “hello Ms. Flournoy”.
