My personality type according to the Jung Typology Test is ISTJ. These letters stand for Introvert, Sensing, Thinking, and Judging. I agree with my results because, I’m introverted and would rather be by myself a majority of the time. I tend to try to make sense of things instead of allowing my intuition to take over. I think long and hard about certain outcomes that could go bad or good. I also tend to judge every little thing that I myself or another person does. With my personality type I am better suited in Technical, Managerial, Legal and Health care professions. Even though most of these are careers that I am not interested in, the Managerial profession is the closest thing to what I want to do with my life as I get older. This makes …show more content…
Being compared to Jackie Joyner-Kersee is cool because, to know that she was one of the best in her sport and seemed so comfortable in what she was doing to learn that she was also introverted shows that doing what she loved to do helped her come out of her shell and to help her dominate in her field According to the test an ISTJ personality comes across in communication as open and natural as well as precise and to the point but can still be formal. Their social circle consists of family, friends and acquaintances. I agree with with the test because it's all true with me. I can hold conversations with what seems like no problems but on the inside I can get very anxious. I also don’t associate with many people unless they are family, extremely close friends or if I’ve had time to get comfortable around close acquaintances. Relative to my career choice I think having an ISTJ personality type won’t help that well when it comes to managing a whole entire group of people. Sometimes I feel that I can get so used to doing things by myself that telling others to do it will make me uncomfortable. Being an introvert may help me and hold me back at the same time in a managerial
According to the Jung Typology Test, my four letter personality type is ISFJ. I was not surprised with my results at all and found them to be very accurate and represent me as a person. As an introvert, “I often prefer doing things alone or with one or two people (CITE). As a student, being an introvert is a disadvantage for me because I do not work well with large study groups and instead rather lock myself in a room and study alone. With sensing, “I learn best when I see how to use what I’m learning” (CITE) and only complete things using what I know from experience. By only using my experience when completing assignments or school work hinders my experience as a student by limiting my ability to learn new material. Through feeling, I tend

I sometimes find it hard to stay on topic if a new ideal pops into my head. I am often late finishing projects, but I always have them finished “in time”. I enjoy doing new things and am not afraid of the unknown. My work area may appear to others as disorganized, but I see it as the result of a busy mind. I do not; however, agree with all the results. It is very hard for me to concentrate with background noise. I do not like the TV or radio on, when I study. I find this to be a distraction. Although I like to talk, I am also a good listener. I often express my feelings even if it causes conflict. I would rather get the feelings out in the open than to hold them inside to grow and cause greater conflict later. I agree I have an ENFP personality. I am very much a people person. I enjoy having lots of friends and doing activities or projects in a group rather than alone. I currently work at a local pharmacy, and find that my personality makes it easier to deal with several things at once. It also helps with serving the variety of

As requested, I took the Jung Typology Assessment. The results revealed my personality to be ISFJ (Introverted Sensing Feeling Judging). The first characteristic listed is the desires to serve others. An ISFJ is loyal, sometimes taken for granted, bad at delegating, but produces superior quality work. Methodical, accurate, and possess an excellent memory are more characteristics of the ISFJ personality type. They work well in a small group and make reliable coworkers; however, they tend to be awkward in a supervisory capacity. Not only is an ISFJ a great employee but they are extremely family oriented and dedicated to their intimate group of friends. If a friend or family member is in need of emotional support an ISFJ is by their side without
Based on the personality profile I completed in class my personality type is ISTJ, Introverted Sensing Thinking Judging. According to various sources on personality types ISTJ's are often referred to as "Inspectors". I agree with a lot of what I have read about my personality type. ISTJ's often give the initial impression of being aloof and perhaps somewhat cold. This is perhaps one of the truest statements about me that I have seen. Many people find me to be cold and standoffish if not conceited and stuck-up. I prefer spending time alone, or with a few close people rather than go to parties, bars, or clubs. Very often when I go to the mall or other chaotic places I am over stimulated and overwhelmed by the people and the
My personality type is Introvert-iNtuitive-Thinker-Judger, INTJ. In previous tests at work and academia over the last twenty years, my personality type consistently reports as INTJ. This appeals to me since I do take care to reflect on situations, hold facts and data in high regard (especially if they are empirically validated), use logic and analysis to guide my planning, and use that planning to make my life, and those that I care for, orderly.
