Students enjoy Junior Beta because of the community service, convention, and the meetings. Junior Beta comes with community service. Community service comes with meeting new friends. I have always like studying and helping others. I realized that without education people, I, don´t have a future or an opportunity in life. Joining the Beta Club is a way for me to get experience and knowledge in something that I like to do or something I will like to do. Helping others with an activity that they can´t do by themselves without getting a reward but just the knowledge that you did something good, is a great thing to feel. Aiming towards my goals and dreams is one of my main priorities. Dedicating my time and effort towards it, is letting me become a better student, citizen, and person.
These include the National Honor Society (NHS), Student Government, Future Farmers of America (FFA), Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Yearbook, Band, and Cheerleading. Extracurricular activities help develop teamwork and leadership qualities and are encouraged as a good way to help round out the school life of JHS
Extracurricular activities are considered an important part of school life at OSHS because of the positive qualities gained from
Education is important because there will be more class participation. When the student’s are in a group they are likely to feel more important and have newly gained confidence. If adolescents spend time with a group that makes them feel important, then they will believe in themselves more. Another reason why for having non-athletic activities is a higher attendance level. The teens will be obligated show up to practices later that day. If the student’s attend school, then they can attend their club. In other words pubescent must go to school otherwise they are unable to go to a meeting, or club the student wants to go to. The final reason the non-athletic club will help East Jordan High School education is more students. East Jordan schools would attract other students with the interest in the non-athletic clubs. If other students have more options for school ,then they will be attracted to the school. Everyone can identify that besides helping attitude and behavior, it will also help education quite a

After school clubs would help Peter with his learning and concentration. After school clubs can also boost his knowledge. It can help kids with autism as it can help them get up to the knowledge level as the rest of their classroom friends.
Joining a club blind of who else was joining challenged me to interact and develop relationships with people who would have otherwise been strangers to me. This helped improve the quality of the High School experience of others and myself as it helped form bonds that will continue post-graduation. Participating in activities with these new friends from Key Club has made me a better person because these relationships have acted as training wheel in the process of associating servitude with fun. Most importantly though, the expansion of my social life through Key Club has helped me cope with the stress of
Throughout my four years at West Warwick High School, I was able to partake in a multitude of activities both in and outside of school. A prime example of activities I engaged in are co-curricular activities in school- such as, social committee, student council, yearbook, Best Buddies, and the Leadership circle- where I was able to work with a group of diversified people who all could bring different ideas and thoughts to the group. Moreover, by working with people who ultimately have divergent ideas and personalities has certainly helped change and prepare
If students demonstrate these qualities they are more likely to get better grades and get reprimanded less. Students who participate in extracurricular activities or are more active in society and school are much more likely to do better in their academic experience. “During the first semester of their senior year, participants reported better attendance than their non-participating classmates--half of them had no unexcused absences from school and half had never skipped a class, compared with one-third and two-fifths of nonparticipants, respectively.” (http://nces.ed.gov/) Meaning that many students who participate in clubs do better in school. Many clubs in schools require all four of the qualities and more. Also, as students usually feel a sense of ennui in their classes, they will be more excited as the day goes by if they have
Participation in extracurricular activities is considered an important part of a pupil's scholastic life. Activities include marching band, choir, robotics, Yearbook, Yes Club, and Cheerleading.
Currently, I am a member of Red Cross Club, UNICEF Club, India Club, MED Club, MUN club, and Symphony. Last year, I have also participated in the Robotics club. These clubs help me learn more about myself and my interest, my goals, and my skills. It really open up my viewpoint. By participating in all these clubs may seem very tense and demanding. In contrast, I joined these clubs because they relieve my stress. They are great ways to communicate with other students and have a lot of fun exposed to real life experiences in the fields/subjects you are interested in. Being a member of these clubs also gives opportunity to meet and network with other people with similar interests.
Once they have had the chance to run their program in a school they can then make improvements and even expand to other schools in the area. Schools also benefit as the children are gaining experience which they might have not previously been exposed to had there been no local groups integrated into the school. Schools need more support than what they get from the Government as although they provide children with education funding for activities and trips out of school can be found difficult. Local groups made up of parents and residents of the neighbourhood can work together to help the schools in the local area. Forming a group of parents to help in their local school can benefit the school in many different ways as ideas and advice from parents, from different backgrounds, may help the experience of children with new clubs. Local groups of volunteers can benefit schools by helping with events and trips where adult supervision is required. This benefits school children as it allows them to participate in the events and to be around adults that they can look up to. As well as schools being involved in more events and activities they can also benefit from the help of local groups by bringing the community and school together and by gaining
Most schools have lots of after school activities like band, sports, and JROTC. Some students are active in these, while others are not. One club students prefer is Junior Beta. Students Enjoy Jr. Beta because of meetings, service, and convention. When starting beta the meetings are always first. Students will go to their group spot where ever that is and have meetings. These meetings are either to set up service appointments, convention sign-ups, and some that are fun. Near Christmas time though students will work overtime for a chance to win. These meetings many students enjoy for the flexibility of what’s done so it is not the same.Service is another key theme for Betas Enjoyment. For example there are all kinds of service jobs that will
In grade 9, I acted as Juliet in the play Romeo and Juliet by Shakespeare, without following a clear set of rules, it allowed me to enjoy what I love to do and express myself with full creativity. I am a person who likes to add creativity in various features in life; therefore I enjoy working with fresh ideas, materials, tools and machines, which can help me, bring my imagination to life. Now that I positively know of my interest type and trait, I can apply this knowledge when trying out for extra-curricular at school. Instead of joining clubs that do not rapidly grab my attention, I can be part of things, which involves creativity and a place for me to become confident with the things I love to do. Examples of clubs, I can get involved in are Drama Club,
