There are many reasons why police are required to use discretion when t comes to juveniles but it seems that juveniles are committing more crimes than police can do anything about. Juveniles are are committing crimes that are not seen as serious to where they are being released to commit even more crimes with the cycle repeating itself. Juveniles are getting away with the chimes that adult are being sentences to prison for because they are deemed mature rather than a juvenile what is supposedly immature. If juveniles have a list full of crimes that have been committed then it seems that the system want to believe that juveniles are not responsible for their actions when hey art h ones at fault for the crimes.
