On November 16, 2017 at approximately 0104 hours, I observed a white 2015 KIA utility vehicle bearing Florida tag EIZX72 traveling West on Pine Hill RD approaching Washington ST in Port Richey, FL. I Conducted a NCIC / FCIC check of the vehicle, which revealed the registered owner, Davee Xavier Rivera to have a suspended Florida driver’s license. I observed Davee to be the subject operating the vehicle and initiated a lawful traffic stop in the area of Washington ST and US HWY 19. I made contact with Davee, who advised he did not know his license was suspended. He was unable to provide me with proof of insurance and advised his wife was the one who handled the insurance for the vehicle. He was informed the vehicle was going to be impounded and provided with an opportunity to remove all valuables. …show more content…
Davee was issued UTC A2IDEQE reference DWLSR w/o knowledge and UTC A2IDEPE reference no proof of insurance. He was provided with a PRPD notice of impound and was instructed how to retrieve his vehicle from impound. On Thursday, July 14, 2016, at approximately 0847 hours, Patrolman David Stamets had a vehicle stopped on the 100 block of East Oak Street. Immediately after Stamets stopped the vehicle Your Affiant positioned his vehicle on the 100 block of South White Street near the Oak Street intersection facing southbound. When exiting my vehicle your Affiant observed a gold Pontiac sedan accelerating northbound on South White Street at an unsafe speed towards Stamets and your Affiant's location.
I made contact with the vehicle bearing a Florida tag of HDCD43. I confirmed via dispatch that the vehicle was listed as stolen in FCIC / NCIC. I then attempted to make contact with the registered owner via agency cell phone with no results. I then went to the listed address of the registered owner and made contact with the owner and advised him that vehicle had been recovered. I provided the registered owner a courtesy ride back to the scene.
The operator of the vehicle identified himself as Roger Robert Romansky with a California identification card. I questioned Romansky who the owner of the vehicle is. He said it's a friend of his. When asked for his friend's name he said he wasn't sure. He asked the other occupant in the vehicle for his friend's name. The passenger said Brittney. I asked if they had a phone number for Brittney so I could verify that they are permitted to use her vehicle. Both males related that they did not
According to police reports, officers were dispatched to a hit and run call in the 700 block of Vassar. A vehicle has struck two parked vehicle and had left the scene. Officer Seachris arrived and made contact with Officer Wheeler who was with the victims of the accident. Officer Wheeler advised that the vehicle was in the 600 block of Vassar. Officer Seachris proceeded to locate the vehicle, a maroon Chevy pickup with Kansas tag of 005HEY parked in front of 646 S Vassar. The vehicle was registered to a Hispanic female at 628 S Vassar. On 07/15/2015, at approximately 2305 hours, your Affiant was on routine patrol on Main Street (SR924) when I observed a silver Chrysler sedan parked in the One Hundred Block of South Main Street (westside of the street) near the intersection of Oak Street. The vehicle displayed a Pennsylvania registration of JRJ-5342. The registration was checked utilizing the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation vehicle record abstract which revealed that the license plate was assigned by the department to KYLE ROBERT & SARAH LYNN FOGARTY for a 1998 Chevrolet. I then verified the status of KYLE and SARAH FOGARTY'S driving licenses both of which were suspended by the Department of Transportation.
I relocated, with other officers, to Georgia I-20 (east) and made contact with the vehicle in question. The vehicle was a gold Toyota Camry, Georgia Tag number PZC 8572. Upon arrival, I made contact with the driver, at which time I requested a driver's license and insurance. The driver provided a State of Illinois Identification Card (Rodriguez, Abraham DOB 03/19/97), which was checked through L.E.A.D.S. The name check revealed his driver's license was valid. It should be known that I am issued and was driving a black Chevy Tahoe with Caution K9 and Osceola County Sheriffs Office reflective markings on each side. The vehicle is equipped with red and blue emergency lights and a siren.
While on duty, I, Officer J. Daniszewski, was traveling eastbound on W Westover St. As I was stopped at the intersection of W Westover St and Sawyer St. the suspect vehicle passed me traveling westbound on W Westover St. As the suspect vehicle passed me, I looked in my rear view mirror and could not see a license plate on the suspect vehicle. I turned around and positioned my patrol cruiser behind the suspect vehicle. As I got behind the suspect vehicle, I could not identify a license plate on the back of the vehicle. I turned on my emergency lights and initiated a traffic stop. The suspect vehicle stopped on W Westover St, just east of Roundhouse Ave.
On 4-8-2016 at about 2148 hrs I was northbound on Auburn Way S in about the 1500 block when I noticed a white Dodge Durang, WA/AYU1801. The vehicle was also northbound. I checked the vehicle WACIC/NCIC/DOL and the return indicated the registered owner was Albert Whiteeagle JR - 9-30-1984. A DOL check of Whiteeagle indicated that Whiteeagle's driving status was DWLS/R 1st Degree for DWLS/R 1st DG - active from 6-1-2015 and to be released 6-1-2017. I further noticed that the DOL returned indicated that Whiteeagle had been arrest two prior times for DWLS 1st Degree.
Upon arrival, I spoke to David Lister (involed party) who stated that he located a 2015 blue Kia Optima VIN#KNAGM4A75F5590940 which entered stolen from East Brunswick. Lister stated that Rozia Mosley (suspect) from 4207 Birchwood Ct rented that vehicle from U-Save Rental Company and she was contracted to return the vehicle on June 14, 2015 but she never came to returned the vehicle. Lister stated that his boss Charles Weachock (reporting person) reported the vehicle stolen at East Brunswick Police Department on June 23, 2015 at approximately 1233 hrs because Mosley never answered her phone call since June 14, 2015.
On 10-28-16 at 1354 hours Officer Harrell #3441 and I were dispatched to the area of Garfield Avenue and Orange Grove Boulevard regarding a possible DUI driver. Dispatch advised that Witness Alma Funes described the vehicle as a beige Honda with a license plate of #4HCX801. Funes told dispatch the driver parked his vehicle in front of 721 N. Garfield Avenue.
At approximately 1035 hours on February 2, 2016, I, Cpl. Lessane, contact C&J Towing and spoke with Chris Housey regarding the 2006 Chevrolet Monte that he towed on 02/01/2016. Mr. Housey stated he was contacted by Kenneth Robinson, who requested for him to tow his vehicle from Elliott Sawmill. He stated he took the vehicle to 181 Park Ave East, in the city of Estill of Hampton County. Mr. Housey stated the vehicle wasn’t drivable at the time he towed the vehicle. He continued to state he did not observed the trunk of the vehicle damage at the time.
