According to the Business Review Weekly, ‘TFK’ is struggling to compete against the other delivery companies as they have been marketing their businesses globally for years already. A company’s marketing strategies can affect the ability of the business to make profits, as competitors will continuously seek to gain an advantage over each other by differentiating their product and service and by seeking to provide better value for money.
Ease of Entry
What type of industry people choose to enter in will determine business opportunities in Australia, and how they will establish themselves there. E.g. If an Australian business was to enter an industry with monopolistic competition, entry would be relatively easy. However, if the business were to enter oligopolistic competition, case of entry would be difficult as one firm dominates a large sum of the market.

The owner had no idea her company had breached the new copyright reforms and was negatively impacted by this law, causing her to spend large sums of money in order to avoid legal action from Chanel, but to also rebrand and advertise her companies new name.
