Michael averaged 2.4 steals per game while Kobe averaged 1.5. Michael is third in total stealing, but Kobe falls to thirteen in this category. Also Michael averaged 0.8 blocks a game, and Kobe averaged 0.5 blocks a game. This is not to say that Michael’s defense was better, but he was more active on defense than Kobe. Kobe was more offensive-minded, whereas Michael was more all-around. Michael was more of a team player; he made those around him better or seem better. Kobe is more of a selfish player and the only person he believes is responsible is himself. Michael has always been Kobe idle, and Kobe has strived his whole career to surpass him. In fact the game in which he pass Michael in total point, Kobe made seven out of twenty shot. In his words, “I'm just honored to be here, man, to still be playing, I appreciate being able to play this long. Careers normally don't last this long. When looking at Jordan and James’ fame, they are both equally popular, but it is how they handle the fame that sets them apart. Jordan is a class act, meaning he carries himself with honorable pride, not vanity. After Jordan signed with Nike his game only got better. He never felt as if he was too good for improvement and showed everyone great respect. James differs after he signed with Nike, his game flat-lined. He never showed any kind of improvement in his game, and his team never got any better. It seemed like he only tried when he had the ball, especially when his team was getting blown out.
Michael Jordan is arguable the best basketball player who ever played the game. A phenomenal athlete with the unique combination of fundamental soundness, grace, speed, power, artistry, and an unquenchable competitive desire, Jordan single-handedly redefined the NBA superstar. First, a list of his accomplishments. Kobe was drafted out of highschool at the age of seventeen, broke into the league by winning the Slam Dunk contest in his rookie season, and by age of twenty-five he was a three time world champion. He was the youngest person to be named a NBA All-Star at the age of nineteen. The combination of his talents with the talents of Shaquille O’Neal was the greatest “one-two punch” of all time. That is an objective fact. Shaq himself has even admitted that had the duo stayed together after the 2004 season, they most certainly would have gone on to win additional world championships, but Kobe didn’t need Shaq. When it was all said and done, Kobe ended up with five rings to his name to O’Neals four - all five with the Lakers I might add.
James is so far 25th in steals, averaging 2.3 steals a game. Lebron is a beast when it comes to blocking shots, but has only 262 career blocks, while Jordan had a 100 block just within a season. People can go back and forth with the stats, Lebron is better than Michael in certain areas but at the end, Jordan will overall have a better record than Lebron.

Also in every full season that he
Many people have a person that they look up to and who encourages them.
