3:20pm- IRTC spoke with assigned CPS, Oneeka Peters, who reported that the subject child was interviewed at the Brooklyn CAS on 3/21/17 and there was substantial disclosure of possible sex abuse. CPS expressed that Detective Ruby was present and he reported that he does not think the alleged subject is the foster parent’s ex-husband, but there was a brother (foster parent’s relative) who frequented the home during the timeframe the child was referring to. On 06/30/15 Mr. Moore and Eddie were pulled over by D’iblerville Police Department. The reporter stated spice was found in the glove compartment of the car; Eddie admitted the drugs belong to him. According to the reporter, both men were arrested; Mr. Moore was arrested for active warrants and an open container. The reporter stated Kaitlin was present but no injured. R/s on June 23rd, Kevon (paramour) slapped Wesley (6) on his right, cheek and struck him in head. R/s Kevon pushed Denyelle and continue to hit again and she fell to ground. R/s Denyelle allowed Kevon back in the home on June 24th, and was he given a trespassing notice. R/s Kevon was arrested on 06/27/2016 and charged with Domestic violence, malicious injury, and trespassing. R/s Denyelle is four to five months pregnant.

On 09/21/16 Called back to Ms Jackson. She was inquiring why her great granddaughter Carlee McCrea was removed from her daughter Chantelle Mrkonic home. She stated that Charlee was in the school when a PD and DHS worker went to school and remove her and was placed in to her father's home, Cole McCrea. This incident happened Friday 09/16/16.

R/s July 3rd-8th Danielle (4) and Josiah (5) were staying in Georgia with Judy and Felicia Wilson. R/s Felicia beat Mariah with an electrical cord and Mariah has scratches on her back and bruised buttock. R/s Danielle (mom) took the child to ER and trying to press charges against Felicia.

On 08/20/15, Shaquille poured a cup of iced Mountain Dew on Mykelle’s head while she held Brooklyn. As Mykelle got up with the child in her arms to go towards the door and leave, Shaquille choked her and punched her in the back of her head. Shaquille then pushed all three into a back room and locked the door. Mykelle was able to call law enforcement from a cell phone she had and they repsponded to the call. Shaquille was arrested and taken into custody while Brooklyn was left at the home with her mother. The apartment the couple stayed in belongs to Shaquille’s mother who now lives in LA. RCG Rose Campos reports no health problems. Ms. Campos also reported that she has had no problems with Elijah at home. However, I am concerned that Elija is not safe in his present home with, the maternal grandmother due to Austin’s behavior. Ms. Campos reports no physical harm to Elijah by Austin, but Elijah has witnessed Austin’s violent and abusive behavior to Ms. Campos. PER REPORTER: Fredreze has being living from house to house since 12-8-2015. The reporter said Fredrick (dad) puts and locks Fredreze out of the home because he said the child is disobedient and just being mean towards the child. However, Fredreze said it’s because of him not like Kyra (Fredrick’s girlfriend). She said that the child's mother has been using drugs since she was pregnant, she continued using after she got the baby and still continue to use drugs. PER REPORTER: Jennifer said she is concerned about Tierney because the child’s aunt (Tonya) called the school today and spoke with the school sectary (Alevia) about the child sneaking off to school. Jennifer said Tonya told Alevia, Tierney snuck on the school bus today and went to school knowing she was not supposed to because they had stuff going on at home. Jennifer said Tonya never disclosed the things they had going on at home which prevented the child from coming to school. However, Jennifer said the other school counselor (Lisa) sees Tierney and called the child into her office to speak with her about the situation.
