Lady Macbeth Is To Blame For Duncan's Murder

In the play of MacBeth, written by William Shakespeare, King Duncan is murdered by a fellow member of the court. Although he murdered by a single person, there were many components to this convoluted but well thought out murder.
If it hadn't been for the power of love, Duncan would still be alive. Lady Macbeth played a big part in this murder. She convinced MacBeth to kill Duncan because she thinks he deserves the crown, and Macbeth is only doing this out of love for Lady MacBeth. However, the fault in getting Lady MacBeth involved in this murder partly goes the MacBeth. After the witches told MacBeth his prophecies, he felt a wave of guilt. As if he’d thought of murdering Duncan to be kind before. Later on in the story, MacBeth would be the one to kill Duncan, making him the main culprit. Yet, the real reason for Duncan's murder was when MacBeth involved Lady Macbeth into this situation. The reason is because MacBeth has felt guilty about this from the very beginning. He’s always felt guilty about murdering anyone on the battlefield, but once it came to murdering his cousin, he just couldn’t have done it without Lady MacBeth’s convincing.

Two other little factors supported the events that lead up to Duncan's murder. The factors are: the witches, and Duncan himself. Duncan sped up his murder by naming his son prince, this seemed to panic MacBeth and therefore, lead to Duncan's own murder. The witches are involved in this because they told MacBeth his prophecies, it Kickstarter everything. However , if Duncan never made MacBeth Thane of Cawdor, MacBeth not being very bright would’ve believed the prophecies were not true. So he would've forgotten about the prophecies in all.
To conclude, all of these characters had a different part in this, but it all leads to MacBeth. Although, he couldn’t have done the murder without the help of Lady MacBeth’s convincing, the witches prophecies, and Duncan naming his song prince. In the end it was mostly MacBeth’s
