Lady Macbeth's Malevolence Character

Shakespeare portrays a malevolence character which slowly turns into the better known ‘MONSTER’. However, this does not deter her from being manipulative and has devilish thoughts on how to seize the throne. Lady Macbeth has an ambition which is to be respected and have priority over her country. Why is she doing this? Is because in her times women had no rights and had no priority. Therefore, Lady Macbeth manipulates Macbeth to kill King Duncan and take over the country with Macbeth.

After Macbeth killed King Duncan lady Macbeth went to clean the dagger that Macbeth has stabbed King Duncan with and had many blood spot on her hands. Macbeth and Lady Macbeth accused the servants as their doing and after that quickly killed them. They became King and Queen and ruled the country but Lady Macbeth was the one to truly rule as she had control on Macbeth. Lady Macbeth was proud of herself as she achieved her long desire. Later on lady Macbeth starts to feel guilty feels agony in her soul. When Lady Macbeth says ‘’ unsex me here’’ this shows the reader that Lady Macbeth wants to change into a man to be strong and restrain the guiltiness she feels. Also when Lady Macbeth says that ‘’ make thick my blood ‘’ this means that lady Macbeth wants to be crueller and stronger and face the guiltiness that she has provoked. …show more content…

When lady macbeth says " yet here's a spot" this phrase shows that lady macbeth has been so affected by the guiltiness she feels that it went through her subconsciously and imagines the previous king's blood on her
