It has three basic areas:
1. The Cell body: It is the part of a neuron containing the nucleus.
2. Axons: An axon conducts information in the form of electronic stimulation and transport chemical substances .
3. Dendrites: The dendrites carry impulses toward the cell body, the cell body processes the input information of all dendrites and the axon carries impulses away from the cell body. The interaction are realized by the so called synapses. A synapse: is the junction between two connected neurons. When neurotransmitters cross this gap, they send a neural signal that causes brain activity along specific circuits. c.
