I, Deputy John Arnold, was dispatched to 3344 West 83rd Street South in Creek County, Oklahoma in reference to an unwanted subject. Dispatch advised a white male wearing a pink back pack was at the residence and was not leaving. Dispatch identified the unwanted subject as Defendant NOAH STINSON.

In the scenario, three individuals, Joe, Larry, and Bob, were convicted criminals and who were speeding in a stolen vehicle, when they saw a group of rivals. Joe was in the passenger seat warning the others that he was going to shoot at the rival members with a weapon he concealed it in his waistband; Larry the driver, drove the vehicle closer to the opponents. At the stop sign, Bob, who was in the back seat, left the car because he was on parole and didn’t want to go back to imprisonment. Afterwards, Larry drove past the adversaries as Joe discharged a few shots; one individual was murder and the other was shot in the leg.

Deputy’s Assignment: I was dispatched to 10608 West 73rd Street on Monday, December 11th, 2017 for a larceny complaint. I spoke to Jimmy Holman who said his vehicle was broken into and items missing.

When a person has been arrested, it can help to learn all about the process for getting them released. Having knowledge makes the entire experience less frightening for everyone involved from the person who was arrested to their loved ones.

Throughout the social development of individuals, there are several things that we learn through inclusion and the way in which parents raise us. We learn how to make appropriate social interactions depending on who is in our presence, we learn social expectation, what is considered good behavior, and finally what is considered bad behavior. Yet, awareness of what can constitute as criminal conduct has become increasingly prominent in our culture, especially with the strong presence in social media that it now has. Larceny is defined as the wrongful taking and carrying away of the personal goods of another from his or her possession with intent to convert them to the takers own use. To bluntly say it, larceny is stealing from others. No matter what the motives or reasons behind stealing are, it is still wrong. I imagine there is a multitude of motives for someone to convince himself or herself that it is worth the risk to steal something. Some other people might also not have the conscience to feel wrong for stealing. A large part of this is because people do not understand who or what they are harming when they steal. An individual may be arrested for a felony or a misdemeanor. Felonies are more serious crimes and can lead to jail time, large fines, or prison sentences. There are several categories of felonies, the highest of which is a capital murder charge, and can result in the death penalty or a lifelong prison sentence without parole. In some cases, felony charges may be punished with probation. Probation helps to relieve the prison system from overcrowding, and allows criminals to be reformed within their community.

In the future, i hope to be a felony lawyer. This occupation interests me because i get to help the world by helping innocent and fighting against the guilty. I get to be in the law industry, which is a good area of jobs. One of the most famous lawyer ever is Johnnie Cochran. He defended O.j Simpson in the murder trial with the victims being his wife, and friend. O.j was found innocent at the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Hodges. Milton tried to rob a Lowes and ran into a nudist spa. He was the only person dressed, and was easily spotted. He was arrested later that day.
