All categories are equally as important, as the smooth running of each category will equate to the smooth running of the Laser tag stall. The group ‘Logistics’ was in charge of evaluating the detail and organisation of the stall – evaluating and asking questions that could potentially come up throughout the stall (on the day, before and after). Marketing is also a crucial category in regards to the Laser tag stall, as without this category, the majority population would not even be aware of the stall. The ‘Marketing’ group was in charge of ensuring that the population of Matthew Flinders, and even third party people that would potentially participate in the stall, knew about the event. They did this by placing up posters around the school, and in the newsletter (for third party guests), also, by talking on each year level assembly, and the whole school assembly. Also, as the marketing aspects was completed so well, towards the date of the event, word of mouth also played a major part in people from other schools finding out about the Laser tag

After completing the different activities with the students in this project we had to show what were the student’s objective and what leaning experience where you trying to achieve and was it accomplished with this activity. Example after completing the activity you would indicated if the student was able to follow directions. You would observe if the child was able to correctly solve the problems and it the students showed interest in the game. I recalled when I was in grade school we played Math Bingo it was fun and educational.

We decided to review this place because we wanted to do something different from the rest of our class. Most students chose restaurants and hiking trails, we wanted to stand out and have fun while doing a school project. We didn’t expect to get an experience that we will haunt us for the rest of our lives.
We provide music with a DJ. There are fuse ball and corn hole. It is a fun and safe place for students to go. Specifically, I assisted in creating the decorations for the event. It takes a lot of people and a lot of decorations to transform a school to make it look like a specific thing.
