Leadership and management should go hand in hand. They’re not an equivalent factor. However they 're essentially joined, and complementary. Any effort to separate the 2 is probably going to cause additional issues than it solves. The manager’s job is to set up, organize and coordinate. The leader’s job is to inspire and encourage.
