Leader Integrity Leadership integrity is incredibly valuable to solidity of our society. First of all, I must give the definition of a leader. A leader is a person who leads or commands a group, organization, or country. This is only what the dictionary defines one as, which is very vague. I would have to define a leader, whether good or bad, as someone in charge or takes the responsibility for a group of individuals or equipment. It matters not if this person does this correctly. Someone can be bad or good, but they are still a leader. Integrity is defined as the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles or a moral uprightness. If I were to look at our society, you can find many examples where leaders either failed or succeeded in maintaining their integrity. If I had to put my own definition on integrity, it wouldn’t have anything to do with right or wrong, but just having a consistency in how one person is to conduct themselves. Most recently, we have seen a FIFA scandal in which leadership had been leadership had conspired to receive bribes from marketing firms in exchange for exclusive television contracts. In the eyes of the world, FIFA is expected to maintain system free of corruption. Without integrity, certain people, nations, or organizations would receive favoritism or negative effects. I believe without integrity as the cornerstone in building any relationships, higher levels of productivity cannot be obtained and ultimately with crumble. It is important for your people to trust that you have their interests and goals at heart while also laying out clear expectations early on in your command and trusting, yet verifying all parties are meeting expectations. Throughout my life and previous experiences I have witnessed firsthand how cohesive units are when these values are incorporated into leadership philosophies and have also seen how detrimental it is to the unit if they are not incorporated. An additional layer to integrity is that I would never ask of others what I would or could not do myself. Nothing will alienate a follower quicker than a leader who is unwilling to work as hard as or demonstrate that they are willing to get in the trenches with the people they are leading.

So they had many ways of using propaganda and they did it every will along with that they many methods they used to make kids and adults and kids think oh Jews bad they need to go. Integrity is more than being honest. Integrity is one of the values employers look for when selecting employees; a person with integrity carries their values with them in everything they do. To act in a manner that is morally and legally right is being a leader or person of integrity. This type of leader is consistent in doing what is right, legally and morally (Dees, 2014). Integrity is how somebody lives their life. In this life we live, we face choices every day that only we can answer. We dictate how we run our own lives, and they way we run them defines us. Integrity is doing the right thing versus the wrong thing. People, if nothing else, can always have their pride, their integrity. It is something that means a lot to some people and then nothing to others. The ones who value their integrity highly are the good people in this world, and the opposite is true for those who do not value their integrity.
Integrity, as we all may know,is not a joke. Something many people take very seriously. I would hope you all would know the definition of integrity, if not I guess it would be helpful to tell you. Integrity in the internet's perspective is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness, the state of being whole and undivided. In my Perspective Integrity is being able to be honest and true, to not just yourself but everyone that's in your surroundings as well. There is another version of integrity and that is self-Integrity which is known as the process of knowing your self, a process of self-sought but never completed. Honesty is the state imposed by others, which is somewhat connected to self-integrity. Integrity is how a person will live their life however they please. In this crazy thing we call life, we tend to face many choices every single day that not only can we personally answer but everyone can answer as well. Integrity is doing the right thing versus the wrong thing, and I am not saying that any of the definitions are incorrect, but what I am portraying is that everybody's definition is different, and will always be different.
