This subject remains the most talked about topic year after years in management training and development, revealing the fact that leader are still seeking the secrets concerning effective leadership. "Leadership is the ability to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute to the effectiveness and success of the organizations of which they are members". Therefore, considerate qualities are a significant element of the personality traits of a good leader. Leaders need to be faithful and sincere.
