On 1-22-16, Leslie stated to her teacher that her brother (Chris) hurt her. She pointed to her arm, and the reporter saw two red marks like little cuts; no bruises. Your affiant spoke with Hope BAKER and Ernesto TAPIA who related that Leslie TAPIA was drinking alcohol throughout the day. Leslie TAPIA assaulted Ernesto TAPIA (her father) and Hope BAKER during an argument. Both Ernesto TAPIA and Hope BAKER sustained injuries caused from Leslie TAPIA scratching them.

I separated the two students and took them to the 2nd floor AP’s office. Wells advised that they had words earlier that day and that was the reason why Taylor slapped her. However, Brianna said her boyfriend (Jonathan) also known as Jessica’s brother and their other sister (Heather) witnessed the physical abuse when it took place also. She said they were very upset with Jessica for the way she hit the child and they got on her case. Laverne and Leslie, very interesting post and I enjoyed reading them both. I too was not familiar with this type of evaluation. Objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) when pioneered consisted of patients following a dialect in pre-set stories, students then rotated through the different scenarios. (Ho, Lin, & Chung, 2016, p. 1). Patient safety was not compromised with OSCE.
I sighed. School can be so frustrating—after all, everywhere you look there’s pressure. Peers, teachers, parents; you name it. Normally, I find it intolerable, so imagine today. My friend—no sorry, “friend”—Leslie, has acting weird since the beginning of the year, as she’s suddenly interested in other people. This isn’t an issue, except for the fact that she wasn’t herself with those people. Not to mention, she tries to tell me how much she enjoys my company as soon as she’s away from these other people.
