1. Did the project meet scope, time, and cost goals?
This project has meet the needs, scope and time as designed but for costs is more than allocated because of some external resources require to be reported under indeterminate circumstances.
2. What was the success criteria listed in the project scope statement?
The green computing research project goals to be accomplished in 6 months at a cost of $500,000, and a company’s CIO, Ben also as the project sponsor fortified each team member to put this project as a significant project to meet the scope objectives. With the aim of to meet the scope objectives, the project itself must have all the project management associated deliverables to be provided to client.

This project has high-quality team cooperation which can provide excellent of work. In the role of a project manager, I have to have a precise set of proficiencies to direct the team. The proficiencies will contain both soft and hard competences. Although the project team member require to give full loyalty to support project accomplishes the objectives.
4. In terms of managing the project, what were the main lessons your team learned?
In this project, subcontracting outside resources can supports to make high quality of research project. The main notable lesson learned is to allocate and assess stakeholder clearly. By describing the right stakeholder, the project manager can splits the assignment without having any disagreements between them.

In this project, Ben as a project sponsor is working fruitful on it by delivering the resources and recommendations.

The Weighted Decision Matrix is used as a baseline to evaluate personnel that are applying to be the project manager for the Green Computing Research Project. As shown below there is different evaluation criteria that is weighed for each individual project.
It is important with any project to involve the key stakeholders from the very beginning. This will help make the projected project plan as robust as possible and would also help to make the top management team more away of the plan. The most important facet of the project for me was my chance to instill the concepts and models I learnt in class to the business realm.
