In everyday life many people develop habits, but it is never too late to attempt to change that bad habit to live a healthier life. For this behavioral change project, I was asked to choose a health behavior that I would like to change for the better. So, I decided that I wanted to increase the amount of water I was consuming each day. The standard recommendation on how much water an individual should consume is about 64 ounces daily. However how much a person should drink is more individualized then one might assume. Therefore, for this particular project my goal was to at least consume 64 ounces of water daily as a baseline starting point. I also had to consider days when I worked out. Approaching the Christian Service Project my junior year, my project is already picked out. The catholic social teaching actually had a hand in helping me pick out my project. This project is through the church of St. Vincent de Paul and is the Adopt-A-Family program at Christmas. God created human beings to be in loving communion with another and God which is what this program helps to accomplish.

This course has had a great impact on my walk with Christ as well as my witness for Christ. I pastor a church and teach two classes and for me I thought that I was doing plenty. However this course has helped rekindle my passion for sharing Jesus Christ with people through personal evangelism. This paper will demonstrate what I have learned throughout this course.

This is a summary of a No Travel Seminar on a Study of the Gospel of Matthew. The seminar was lead by Dr. John Dunaway who is a professor at NTS and has served as a pastor for over 50 years. After his brief self-introduction, he began his presentation with an overview of the Gospel of Matthew, followed by a more elaborated narrative summarizing the gospel, and he finished with brief closing remarks. Throughout this enthusiastic presentation, Dr. Dunaway made reference to remarks by multiple prominent commentators, which added substance to his narrative, even though none were explicitly stated upfront.

This passage is preceded by a warning from Jesus about the Sadducees and Pharisees, and to beware of their false teachings, which is a common theme in Matthew. As usual, he rebukes them for their lack of faith and comprehension of his true mission and identity, and for their constant concern

What have been your positive lifestyle choices and behaviors (i.e., Nutrition, physical activity etc.) Lifestyle choices that i ahve included in my life is not smokeing which contrubuites to my over all health and well being. I also like to run on the treadmill at home and have my own work out routine with weights and other devices.I also try to eat lots of vetables and include fruits in my diet.
