If you are unable to observe this time, please feel free to send your condolences to Lilly via email access.control@wku.edu and we will forward them to her. Also, we are considering different ways to show respect and love towards Lilly and her family during this time, which will represent WKU Police Department/Access Control. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Remembered as an amazing woman, her will and determination were unwavering and she fought her illness with self-respect and strength until her final day. She remained dignified and grateful in the most difficult of circumstances and wanted to thank those who cared for her particularly the staff of ward 32 at Castle Hill Hospital and especially her daughter Lynne, and grandchildren who surrounded her with love and were always there to hold her held.
I have known Cozette(Tom) and Diane Gheesling who reside at 5871 Eastham Way, Hudson, OH for over 23 year. Over that time I have come to know that the Gheeslinges as well as Michelle Gheesling socially. I have observed them in their parenting of two daughters as well as Emma Gheesling.
Over the past six months I have mentored Sonya in a religious setting and in a group therapy setting. In the beginning the product displayed no evidence of the establishment and the use of referents and signs were often used when classifiers should have been used. In addition, some sign were produced inaccurately structurally and conceptually and it was evident that the ASL syntax conveyed a limited range of grammatical structures and the vocabulary depicted in the product was limited.
After analysis of all three texts, one can see how the shifts in scholarship occurred overtime. Lili’uokalani was most interested in telling the story of Hawaii through her (much edited and selectively omitted) autobiography. Allen was most interesting in telling the “approved” story of Lili’uokalani’s life that demonstrated the American takeover of Hawaii. Allen’s text is rife with feminist overtones that are reflective of the women’s movement occurring in America during the era when it was written. Siler’s text, taking the focus off Lili’uokalani, examines the cultures, the economics, and races present in Hawaii, and in America, that allowed for the overthrow to occur. The modern legislation mentioned in Siler’s text demonstrate America’s
I would like to thank everyone who has come here today to say goodbye to a dear friend of mine and yours. A friend who was kind. A friend who loved everyone.A friend. Lennie Small was my only friend. He was my family.
First of all, you don't know the details. If you'd actually read the e-mail yourself, you would have known that - like in every death e-mail the Village School sends - at the end of the message, my (not your)beloved school restricts all public talk of the latter, including trying to "pay your respects" or "lighten the load".
ask for your prayers for all those who grieve, for the children whose worlds have been

One of the gardens on Gretchen Everhart’s campus is done in memory of one of the students that passed away during her attendance at Gretchen Everhart. While on our tour of the school, we did get to see all of the special area rooms. All of the students were able to participate in the music room, some independently and some needed assistance from a parapro. When entering the gym we noticed that all of the students were actively involved in a game and during our visit to the art room, the students were creating art with food. The sensory room was my favorite. There was a room named in memory of a student who passed away during their attendance at Everhart. This room offered many sensory options for the students. Unfortunately this was my only time seeing the special area classes, but for what I did see, all of the students were actively participating in the activities with the help from the surrounding environment, including parapros, technology and sensory options. When going to my assigned classroom, I noticed that students were out in the garden. I later learned that the students had been growing vegetables in that garden for a year and they were ready to be picked. I met all of my students, except one who was out with a leg surgery and we all picked arugula to make green
Lilly Martin Spencer’s painting (Domestic HAPPINESS) achieved immediate acclaim. In this painting a husband and wife are admiring two babies who are wrapped up. They are filled with HAPPINESS and joy. The wife is overwhelmed by the beauty of the babies and places her hand near her husband chest.
Art can be defined as expression of human creative imagination. An artist creates artwork either for their own enjoyment or for the enjoyment of others. The value of the artwork can vary from the artist themselves to the audiences embracing it. This creates the value of art to be different for everyone. One may feel a deeper value for an art piece then someone else might. The value of art comes from different perspectives.
While sadness plays a big role in hospice…it is also true that there is happiness, positive reflection as well as wisdom. This month we want to recognize our two volunteers Connie and Paul Steber who have been volunteers for Hospice since June and considered it a true blessing to share the stories and experiences of patients who are living through a very emotional and difficult time. They are honored to be making a difference and to be able to share the stories of the patients like James Ellis best known as the Coach, who enjoys their company but most of all watching a football game, especially if his favorite team is on the winning end. The Stabers enjoy conversing with James and listening to his stories. There are also times when James and

It has been quite some time since I have last seen you. If all goes well, hopefully I will be able to see you again! People are dying all around me and I fear I may be next. I thought that I would write to let you know that I am fortunately well but there are many things that have been troubling me.
