Teresa is not. Our three close neighbors know about the title to Casa Bumerango and have all said they look forward to going down to the Municipality to sign the forms. I gave Melvin a limited power of attorney to represent us as the final property title process moves on. The attorney fees should not be costly. Incidentally, none of the neighbors like Teresa and keep their encounters with her as brief as possible.
At the least, we should have clear title to all the properties before listing them, and that should happen within a couple of months. I need to ask Melvin for an update on when the final property title will appear in the National Registry (our three other properties already do), and I will ask him how much the property title is going to cost. Our recent conversations have been about accounting.

The summer of 2012 took me for a whirlpool of a surprise. My parents introduced me to the thought of moving from my little town of Woolwich in New Jersey, all the way to southern New Hampshire.
