It also specialised engineering profiles which include cooling fins, electrical bus bar, ladder, scaffolding, irrigation equipment, sport and camping equipment, tile edges and carpet trim, safety security doors, curtain tracks signage section, conveys system section. An extensive range of standard engineering profile such as round tubes, round bars, flat bars angels and t section are available. Wispeco Aluminium has a highly customer focused sales team serving the market from factories based in Gauteng and Western Cape. Wispeco Aluminium strives to offer quality product, excellence service technical support and to be responsive to any customer queries. There are ranges of alternative domestic supplier of extrusions such as Lafarge, Profile, Star Aluminium, as well as imports which are viable .These alternatives render any likely strategy of input foreclosure unlikely or unviable as Wispeco Aluminium would not gain any significant market if it engaged in such strategy.

Mike Sadle is the owner of Mike’s Wrecker Service in Huntsville, Alabama. Mike has been providing tow services in the Huntsville and the surrounding areas for the past 20 plus years. During that span, Mike has experienced firsthand the growth and evolution of the towing industry. The purpose of this project was to help Mike identify an area in his business where a significant contribution could be made to increase the overall success of the company. The goal was to present Mike’s Wrecker Service with a telematics solution that will not only bring added value to the company but also provide a significant competitive advantage.
Supply chains manage the movement of products from the acquisition of raw materials through production and finally distribution to the end user. A properly designed supply chain can create many opportunities to drive down cost and increase revenue opportunities. In order to create a supply chain that is sustainable and flexible it is necessary to identify and align company goals and initiatives with the manufacturing and distribution of products.
Logistics is the one important function in business today. No marketing, manufacturing or project execution can succeed without logistics support. 'Logistics ' is the management of the flow of resources, not only goods, between the point of origin and the point of destination in order to meet the requirements of customers or corporations. Logistics is one of the main functions within a company. The main targets of logistics can be divided into performance related and cost related.
