Long Term Goals After High School

An experience in a biomedical research will help me to succeed in my long-term educational goals. My long-term goal is to attend a MD-PHD program at a Medical School. As a scientist, I would like to study the genetics of disease causing organisms and human genetics. Currently, I am studying Biochemistry at the University of Maryland, which I think will equip me with a knowledge of human biochemistry. However, since undergraduate schools mainly focus on theoretical not the practical application of most subjects, I need to participate in a hands on research project over the summer because It will give me an opportunity to apply my knowledge in a laboratory. This is when the summer research program at the University of Maryland school of medicine

My long-term goal is to be a Lawyer. This would be a good and important goal for me to choose because I like to win cases and arguments. I believe in justice and equal rights. It would also make me a better person by completing school. Other than money, my goal provides fun, winning , and also success. My school has a great relationship to help me reach my goal by teaching me and getting helping me get good grades. If I get good grades I can go to college and get taught how to argue and win cases. School inspires me to go to college to get a good job like a lawyer. So that I can have a successful career and life.

Throughout the course of my high school career I have many goals I would like to pursue. One of those goals includes being accepted into both a two and a four-year college so I can hold a Bachelors degree in Science. When I do get accepted into the two and four-year colleges, I plan on working while attending school. Although this goal may be challenging, depending on my classes, I’m going to need a job to support myself. My GPA in college will maintain a 3.7. My field of study will consist of a Radiology program as well as an Ultrasound program to become a Radiology tech/Ultrasound tech. These two fields will allow me a greater chance of finding a job, plus it will supply more yearly income. After college I will be using the knowledge I gained

Goals are achieved in different ways by different people. Goals can be joining a sport, making new friends, or even as simple as becoming organized. However in order to achieve your goals, you must have an ability. My abilities of being respectful and calm, will help me to have more honor classes, graduate with a 4.0 or higher, go to college and become a pediatrician. Before I become a pediatrician I will need to use my abilities to do so.

College is very different than high school. So many challenging homework and courses to participate in. That is why my three goals for my career are as follows: I want to receive my college diploma, get a better career path, and learn some new things. My goals include finishing high school, then moving on to college. After completing college with a high GPA I plan to teach for two years and take master classes in order to receive my counseling degree and furthermore impact others’ lives around me. After completing these dreams I hope to settle down and begin a family of my own. I think that all of our decisions we make now will affect us in the future and that is another reason why I have to goal I do. I want to be a wonderful example to my children. My long-term goal is to become a veterinarian. In 12-15 years I see myself in college studying to get my degree to be a veterinarian. Choosing my goal was important to me because I love animals and I love caring for and helping them. Looking after their well-being and keeping them safe and healthy would bring me great satisfaction. School is teaching me how to be a strong student so when I go to college I will be prepared to study hard.

My first long term goal is to go to a good collage. My second long term goal is to make good money. My last long term goal is to retire and die peacefully.

My goals after college is to come out and feel satisfied with the things I've learned and to also come out and easily find a job. I think selecting film as my program with help me achieve these goals. I've always been interested with film making and have always loved making them. Ever since I was young I would always find myself making videos or movies with friends, and I was always the one that would come up with the ideas. I feel I will have a greater chance of getting the a job if I am a graduate of North Carolina State University.

For my overall college education there are many goals I hope to achieve besides just a college degree. First off, I hope to have a great education and learning experience throughout college. I also would like to grow a reputation for myself that can help me in a positive way in the future. I hope to be more involved in leadership and throughout Iowa State University. At the end of my college education, I hope to have many opportunities for a career and my future.

My short term goals are to earn multiple degrees in college and discover what career I want to pursue. My projected career goals during college consist of finding out the best degree path to obtain for my life calling. All my life I have been asked the most common question, “what do you want to be when you grow up”. It is the question everyone gets asked throughout all stages of life. A person’s career depends on the choices they make leading up to graduation of college. One choice could forever affect someone’s life whether it is for the good or the bad. For me, when I grow up I want to help rescue women from human trafficking and give them a chance to change their life for the better. Interstate 20 stretches from West Texas to South Carolina and is called the “Sex Trafficking Superhighway” which is the interstate with the most human trafficking.
