9/11 is the date our world changed. The date that will be remembered forever by our nation. On this gruesome day, four coordinated terrorist attacks by the Islamic, terrorist group al-Qaeda took place. The United States was targeted and terrorized. On September 11th 2001, two American airline flights numbered 11, and 175, crashed into the twin towers. It was thought to be a freak accident before the second plane hit. But once it did, it was certain this was planned. Sheer terror swept over the nation as we realized we were under attack. No one knew the extensivity of the situation either. For all we knew, a series of bombs could be descending from above. Hearts immediately went out to those whose loved ones were working in the twin towers that morning.

On September eleventh, 2001, the most prolific terrorist attack of modern history took place on American soil. The discussion about 9/11 consistently revolves around its direct impact on American lives and the military response from the United States. The destruction from the attacks consumes the majority of information taught to students and citizens across American; however, the effects of 9/11 go much further. Economies across the world felt the impact following the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Centers, an impact that can still be felt today. If the Twin Towers still stood today, we would be living with a completely different economy.

September 11, 2001, was a day that started like any other day. Businessmen and women, prepared for work, went for another day of work. Children went to school for another day of learning. However, before the morning of people's everyday lives could begin a tragic event occurred, affecting many lives! The incident of September 11, 2001, was a series of four coordinated terrorist attacks by the Islamic terrorist group Al-Qaeda, on the United States. The purpose of attacks was to target symbolic U.S. landmarks. While these attacks will be in our hearts forever, the effects are felt in other ways as well. The 9/11 attacks have left a very negative impact on our society.

When the terrorist attacks occurred on 9/11 it did more than just affect the comfort level of American citizens. It had an all around impact on how this country will be run for years to come. The one economic impact that I will concentrate on is that the attacks, arguably, but directly effected the U.S. GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and how the national budget will be handled from that day forward.

The attacks of 9/11 affected the United States by increasing discrimination, endangering the health of many Americans, hurting the economy and changing foreign and security policies.

America has experienced some events that has made an impact on all of our lives. Take the attack on 9/11 for example; terrorists attacked the United States using planes. They hijacked four airplanes in mid-flight. The terrorists flew two of the planes into two skyscrapers at the World Trade Center in New York City. The impact caused the buildings to catch fire and collapse. Another plane destroyed part of the Pentagon (the U.S. military headquarters) in Arlington, Virginia. The fourth plane crashed in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. Officials believe that the terrorists on that plane intended to destroy either the White House or the U.S. Capitol. Passengers was the plane fought the terrorists and prevented them from reaching their goal. In all, nearly 3,000 people were killed in the 9/11 attacks. This attack reminded many people of the attack of Pearl Harbor. Both were very catastrophic events that changed U.S. History and America in a way that makes us realize that we need to be strong.

September 11, 2001 changed the United States forever. This disastrous attack on the Pentagon and the twin towers at the World Trade Center destroyed the lives of thousands of people. Over 3,000 people were killed, including hundreds or firefighters and policemen, many of which were never found. The attackers were Islamic terrorists from Arab nations.

On the morning of September 11 2001, terrorists hijacked four planes from American Airlines and United Airlines with the goal of ruining the U.S economy. Two of the planes achieved their goal and targeted both towers of the World Trade Center along with the Pentagon, resulting in the death of approximately 2,975 people. The events that took place on this day had a great impact not only in America, but around the world as well. After this day there were major changes in air travel, new government regulations, and a financial crisis.

We all remember that tragic day on September eleventh 2001. Four planes were hijacked and placed with a particular mission. Two planes hit the north and south tower of the World Trade Center. One hit the Pentagon, and one landed in a field in Pennsylvania. Many changes were made to the world because of 9/11. Some of those changes are airport security, war, and government issues. September eleventh changed the world changed for the better and worse.

The attacking of 9/11 impacted big groups of people, causes of this event has changed life in America would be ongoing wars, big surveillance, California impact. American citizens were not as scared as people are now. Since this attacking ISIS was created and half of people getting deported today were deported after the attack.

That day dramatically changed our view on foreign policy, and caused us to get involved in many ongoing wars with Middle Eastern countries. Additionally, the government changed its view on immigration. Due to the fear of another attack by foreign people, the “war on immigration” came about and caused a surge of American people to believe that immigrants should be deported. Lastly, security at airports, malls, and almost every public venue was entirely redesigned for our protection, but what the government believes is good for the people, isn’t always so great after all. Most people believe that America grew back stronger because of the attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001, but it has only brought us away from the importance of simplicity in our daily

Did you know, that one person escaped the tower with seconds to spare? A man named Ron DiFrancesco was trying to escape from the South tower, after the North Tower had been attacked, when the second hijacked plane hit between floor 77 and floor 85 of the South Tower. The explosion threw him against the wall, but, however, he was able to carry on to the ground floor from floor 81 in the same time the building was standing after the attack, and then it had collapsed behind him as he was escaping from the building. The attacks on September 11, 2001 had many important effects such as a change in immigrations laws, starting wars, and changed airport rules.

A day not any individual could fathom became a reality on September 11, 2001. All four were aimed at United States significance: the Twin Towers, the Pentagon, and the White House. The attack proved to be disastrous and nearly three-thousand lives were taken in a single day. This occurrence has shaped the United States drastically and how America is perceived today.

As time goes on, more and more immigrants venture to live in the United States. Throughout all of this, as a nation, we maintain a generally warm and welcoming stance towards immigrants. Unfortunately, lawful entry has become a massive multifaceted issue, resulting in a massive influx of illegal immigrants. Coerced by politics, the government allows illegal immigrants to enter, resulting in severe damage to the United States economy. Eventually, as the United States government fails to properly implement existing laws, illegal immigration is accelerated, creating more issues in the structure of the government that loom over the health of the country and its citizens.
