In summary, on 12/20/16 at 2054 hours I was dispatched to 6043 W Roosevelt Rd. (Lucky Dog) in regards to unwanted party with a female subject. Upon arrival, the female subject was not on the scene. Lucky Dog did not wish any further police action. I canvassed the area and observed a female subject matching the description (Brown coat with fur on hood) attempting to walk into the self cleaning car wash port (6027 W Roosevelt Rd.). I made contact with the female subject, who was identified as Perez, Jenobeba DOB 04/11/79. A name check through LEADS via dispatch revealed that she was clear with no wants/warrant. Upon my arrival, I observed a white male standing outside, Officer Welch then order the suspect to ground who was later identified as Kevin George Plato (Suspect). Mr. Plato had a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath at this time.
On March 17, 2016, at 1:41 P.M., officer T. Cramblett CPD#1191 was dispatched to he area of Sharon Woods Blvd. and Brookhurst Ave on a narcotics complaint. Radio was advised by a known caller that a white Chevrolet Malibu, occupied by two white females, was parked on the street and were involved in the sales of narcotics. On 8-11-2017 at about 1000 hrs within the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, Patricia Resendiz was contacted and arrested on several confirmed warrants including warrants through Mountlake Terrace PD and Lynnwood PD (AOB $15200 - Theft 3rd, False Statements to a Public Servant, warrant # 6z1162162). At the time of the arrest, Resendiz was sitting in a vehicle (WA/BEP1426) which had her listed as the registered owner. Resendiz was also in possession of a large purse. The juvenile females stated there is a male that had been parked outside the Domino 's for a while stalking a female worker. The juvenile females stated the worker was told to call the police but she did not. The females stated a male Domino 's worker came outside to confront the male and the male moved his vehicle to the Boyer 's side parking lot and remained there. On Friday, February 27th, 2016 at approximately 2345 hrs while driving a Midland Police vehicle and wearing a standard issued MPD uniform FTO Vining and PPO Jimenez were facing a stop sing located in the 200 blk of West Florida when PPO Jimenez observed a white Ford F-150(TXLP-ICASH) made an improper right turn in the approximately 300 blk of West Florida. PPO Jimenez made contact with the driver who was identified as Manuel Galindo Garduno. Upon contacting the driver PPO Jimenez identified that Garduno had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. PPO Jimenez was also able to observe a case of beer in the front passenger seat that it seemed to be opened.
In summary, on 08/15/15 at 0330 hours I was patrolling the area of 1500 S. Cicero Ave., at which time I observed a female black walking northbound on Cicero Avenue. The female was wearing a light blue sports bar and multi-colored boxer shorts. The area is a known location for prostitutes to solicit their business. I observed the female walking northbound close to oncoming traffic attempting to gain attention of any vehicle that passed. The female entered the Mobil Gas Station lot (1306 S. Cicero Ave.), at this time she made contact and entered a vehicle (White 07' Lexus IL N209786). The vehicle exited the lot and drove southbound Cicero Ave. and made a right turn at 18th St. without signaling.
We took Lillie to Bass Pro Shops dog event. It was quite interesting to watch her mingle in the aisles, play with other dogs, stare down taxidermy, and run from the aquarium because it sounded like her bath. On Saturday we were in a Baseball tournament for my son in Longmont Colorado, and I was impressed how many people brought their dogs to come and watch the games. I have seen so many different kinds beautiful dogs small, medium and large in sizes. One that caught my attention is this 5 years old, 3-legged English Mastiff dog, looking happy, content and enjoying the cool weather out with his pet owner. This observation made me realized how human and dog can have a mutual-interests and likes in pleasure activities such as sports.
