Luisa endured a lot during the storm that could be the cause of her break down she is having. I would say everything Luisa went through and the behaviors she is demonstrating are normal psychological effects of the traumatic experience. I would say she has some PTSD from the experience. I would assume she is re-experiencing the traumatic experience and has flashbacks which can make her feel uneasy in a situation that presents no danger. There is no way to know how a normal person may react to this similar situation because an experience like this can develop mental issues. Anger is a common response I would expect from a person with perfect mental health. Anger would be a common reaction to someone who was made a victim and to events that
