SELECTING STAFF
Selecting the right person for the job can be done by a neat job description then it comes to screening, interviewing and the decision process. Job description is that in which it describes position, timing, type of work, requirements & pay. Job description gives almost exact overview of the job and helps in selecting specified candidates from the applicant side.
Later from the applicants with the help of the resume they are screened. Strong resume with the qualification, motivation and experience in the felid and so on according to the company policy the resume can be evaluated in many ways. Finally, interview should be conducted from selected candidates. In the process of interview every candidate is ranked on the bases of the appropriate questions asked and then about the candidate’s interview crew should have a discussion for final selection.

TRAINING
Since many years, training is the important initial step of an organization to be taken care of. Training can be done step by step process of pre training employee is learned about basics of the training. Next step in training is learned about important skills he is lagging on and which are required in the job. Finally, post training where he is analyzed how it is utilized in the job and it is implemented in real job scenario later.
